(ANUVAC) desempe\u00f1a un papel clave en el impulso del <strong>mercado hipotecario y financiero nacional<\/strong>, al integrar a las principales empresas de valuaci\u00f3n del pa\u00eds. Su labor contribuye al dinamismo econ\u00f3mico mediante la promoci\u00f3n de mejores pr\u00e1cticas y el fortalecimiento institucional del \u00e1mbito de la valuaci\u00f3n.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Entre sus principales objetivos, <strong>ANUVAC<\/strong> trabaja para optimizar el funcionamiento de las<strong> Unidades de Valuaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, impulsando el crecimiento ordenado del gremio a trav\u00e9s del an\u00e1lisis y actualizaci\u00f3n de normas t\u00e9cnicas y metodolog\u00edas que beneficien tanto a valuadores individuales como a empresas del ramo.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.anuvac.org.mx\/newpage\/index.php\">La asociaci\u00f3n<\/a> goza de reconocimiento tanto nacional como internacional, y mantiene convenios de colaboraci\u00f3n con diversas instituciones financieras y organismos del sector, entre ellos: <strong>la Asociaci\u00f3n de Bancos de M\u00e9xico (ABM), INFONAVIT, FOVISSSTE, Sociedad Hipotecaria Federal (SHF), Registro \u00danico de Vivienda (RUV), CANADEVI, AMPI, FECOVAL,<\/strong> as\u00ed como asociaciones hom\u00f3logas en <strong>Espa\u00f1a y Argentina.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En coordinaci\u00f3n con colegios de profesionistas especializados, ANUVAC promueve la capacitaci\u00f3n continua, la revisi\u00f3n normativa y la actualizaci\u00f3n metodol\u00f3gica para garantizar un alto nivel de profesionalismo en el servicio de valuaci\u00f3n.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En fechas recientes, la asociaci\u00f3n firm\u00f3 un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n con la F<strong>ederaci\u00f3n de Colegios de Valuadores (FECOVAL)<\/strong> y la <strong>Asociaci\u00f3n de Unidades de Valuaci\u00f3n para la Banca Mexicana (AUVBM)<\/strong>. Este acuerdo busca reforzar el compromiso de los tres organismos en fomentar est\u00e1ndares internacionales de calidad y eficiencia en la elaboraci\u00f3n de aval\u00faos, especialmente los que respaldan cr\u00e9ditos hipotecarios, as\u00ed como otros aval\u00faos realizados por sus afiliados.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, ANUVAC renov\u00f3 su convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n con la <strong>Sociedad Hipotecaria Federal (SHF)<\/strong>, con el objetivo de continuar elevando los est\u00e1ndares profesionales del sector y contribuir a la consolidaci\u00f3n de buenas pr\u00e1cticas en beneficio de los actores del mercado financiero y de los usuarios de servicios de valuaci\u00f3n en M\u00e9xico.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>A principios de este a\u00f1o, la asociaci\u00f3n emiti\u00f3 r<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/anuvac-y-shf-emiten-recomendaciones-sobre-confidencialidad-y-uso-previsto-de-los-avaluos-de-credito-garantizado-a-la-vivienda\/\">ecomendaciones importantes a sus afiliados<\/a>, basadas en el Art\u00edculo S\u00e9ptimo y la fracci\u00f3n IV de sus estatutos, enfocados en promover y mejorar la labor de las Unidades de Valuaci\u00f3n. Dichas recomendaciones fueron emitidas tras sesiones sostenidas los d\u00edas 15 y 16 de enero con la Direcci\u00f3n de Registro y Valuaci\u00f3n Inmobiliaria de la SHF, y subrayan la necesidad de mantener la confidencialidad en la gesti\u00f3n de aval\u00faos de cr\u00e9dito garantizado a la vivienda.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Conforme a lo anterior, la SHF reiter\u00f3 que, de acuerdo a la Regla D\u00e9cima S\u00e9ptima de su marco regulatorio, las Unidades de Valuaci\u00f3n registradas est\u00e1n autorizadas a certificar <strong>aval\u00faos para cr\u00e9ditos hipotecarios<\/strong>. No obstante, la Regla Vig\u00e9sima impone la obligaci\u00f3n de proteger la confidencialidad de la informaci\u00f3n, permitiendo su uso \u00fanicamente con fines estad\u00edsticos. Asimismo, establece la necesidad de respetar las normativas vigentes en materia de datos personales.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Una de las advertencias m\u00e1s relevantes fue la prohibici\u00f3n expl\u00edcita de compartir archivos XML de aval\u00faos con entidades ajenas como el <strong>Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria de Quintana Roo (SATQ)<\/strong>, ya que esto constituye una violaci\u00f3n directa a las disposiciones regulatorias sobre la operaci\u00f3n de valuadores profesionales.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Este 2025, <strong>ANUVAC celebra 19 a\u00f1os<\/strong> de trabajo contin\u00fao promoviendo la excelencia en los servicios de valuaci\u00f3n requeridos por el sistema financiero mexicano.
