{"id":154944,"date":"2025-05-02T13:51:07","date_gmt":"2025-05-02T19:51:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?p=154944"},"modified":"2025-05-02T13:23:36","modified_gmt":"2025-05-02T19:23:36","slug":"consorcio-ara-1t2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/consorcio-ara-1t2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Consorcio ARA logra crecimiento de 16% en ingresos en el 1T2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Consorcio Ara report\u00f3 un incremento del 6.7% en la venta de viviendas al inicio de 2025<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Al cierre del primer trimestre del a\u00f1o (1T2025), <strong>Consorcio Ara registr\u00f3 un crecimiento del 16% en sus ingresos<\/strong> en comparaci\u00f3n con el mismo periodo de 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Miguel Lozano, director general de la Divisi\u00f3n Vivienda de la<a href=\"https:\/\/consorcioara.com.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> firma<\/a>, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, durante los primeros meses del a\u00f1o, tambi\u00e9n <strong>aument\u00f3 la utilidad neta en m\u00e1s 25 por ciento<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cTuvimos un muy buen inicio de a\u00f1o que se vio reflejado en los s\u00f3lidos resultados del primer trimestre de 2025, mostrando mejoras en pr\u00e1cticamente todos los indicadores financieros. Los ingresos totales fueron de 1,847.2 millones de pesos (mdp), con un crecimiento cercano al 16% en comparaci\u00f3n con el primer trimestre del a\u00f1o previo; adem\u00e1s, cabe destacar que la utilidad neta ascendi\u00f3 a 179.5 mdp, 25% superior\u201d, coment\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>En su reporte trimestral, la empresa se\u00f1al\u00f3 que <strong>los ingresos habitacionales ascendieron a 1,781.9 mdp<\/strong>, lo que equivale a un aumento del 16.4 por ciento. Esta cifra proviene de la <strong>venta de 1,442 viviendas, un 6.7% m\u00e1s <\/strong>que en el 1T2024.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, el <strong>precio promedio de las viviendas<\/strong> de Consorcio Ara alcanz\u00f3 los <strong>1.2 mdp, con un alza de 9.1 por ciento<\/strong>. Lozano atribuye este incremento a la gran participaci\u00f3n de los segmentos de medio y residencial, los cuales representan el 67 del total.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, los ingresos generados por el tipo <strong>medio fueron de 863.5 mdp<\/strong>, un crecimiento del 36.7% comparado con el 2024. Mientras que, los ingresos de <strong>residencial ascendieron a 366.9 mdp<\/strong>, aumentando un 20.9 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, ingresos generados por las <strong>viviendas de inter\u00e9s social sumaron 551.5 mdp<\/strong>, lo que representa una contracci\u00f3n del 7.5 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, Miguel Lozano record\u00f3 que, a mediados de marzo, Agencia Fitch Ratings ratific\u00f3 las calificaciones crediticias del <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?s=consorcio+ara\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">consorcio<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cComo muestra de la s\u00f3lida posici\u00f3n financiera, el pasado 12 de marzo la Agencia Fitch Ratings ratific\u00f3 en \u2018A+(mex)\u2019 con perspectiva estable, la calificaci\u00f3n nacional de largo plazo de ARA, as\u00ed como en \u2018AA+(mex)\u2019 la calificaci\u00f3n de la emisi\u00f3n de certificados burs\u00e1tiles ARA 21-2X\u201d,
