{"id":154869,"date":"2025-04-24T13:32:22","date_gmt":"2025-04-24T19:32:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?p=154869"},"modified":"2025-04-24T13:32:22","modified_gmt":"2025-04-24T19:32:22","slug":"edomex-resoluciones-de-vivienda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/edomex-resoluciones-de-vivienda\/","title":{"rendered":"Gobierno del Edomex otorga resoluciones de vivienda con descuentos en escrituraci\u00f3n de hasta 90%"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El programa busca garantizar el acceso a la vivienda con seguridad jur\u00eddica de una manera \u00e1gil y a bajo costo<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Gobierno del Estado de M\u00e9xico (<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/edomex-construir-mejorar-vivienda\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GEM<\/a>) y el Poder Judicial estatal (PJEMex) <strong>entregaron 214 sentencias de juicio sumario de usucapi\u00f3n<\/strong> a habitantes de los municipios de Acolman, Ecatepec y Tec\u00e1mac. Con este documento, se puede iniciar el tr\u00e1mite para obtener el t\u00edtulo de propiedad de vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>Esta acci\u00f3n fue realizada a trav\u00e9s del Programa Usucapi\u00f3n Social Itinerante \u2018Por una justicia m\u00e1s cerca de ti\u2019, mediante el cual los beneficiarios obtuvieron sus sentencias con un costo total de 1,040 pesos, lo que represent\u00f3<strong> un ahorro de hasta el 90 por ciento<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Carlos Maza Lara,\u00a0titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Urbano e Infraestructura (Sedui), indic\u00f3 que este programa es el <strong>primero en su tipo en Am\u00e9rica Latina<\/strong> y tiene como objetivo brindar certeza jur\u00eddica de manera \u00e1gil y a bajo costo.<\/p>\n<p>El funcionario destac\u00f3 que esta iniciativa busca <strong>garantizar el acceso a la vivienda<\/strong> con seguridad jur\u00eddica, consider\u00e1ndola un derecho fundamental.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEste programa no es un tr\u00e1mite m\u00e1s, es una pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica con rostro humano, pues est\u00e1 pensada para quienes durante a\u00f1os han construido su hogar con esfuerzo y merecen vivir con tranquilidad. Porque la certeza sobre la vivienda debe garantizarse como un derecho fundamental\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Para concretar la entrega de sentencias, fue indispensable la colaboraci\u00f3n del <strong>Instituto Mexiquense de la Vivienda Social <\/strong>(<a href=\"https:\/\/imevis.edomex.gob.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Imevis<\/a>), que se encarg\u00f3 de integrar los expedientes e ingresar los casos ante el juzgado especializado.<\/p>\n<p>Maza Lara subray\u00f3 que este programa forma parte de una estrategia integral <strong>de regularizaci\u00f3n de la propiedad<\/strong> impulsada por el gobierno estatal. Desde el inicio de la actual administraci\u00f3n, se han entregado m\u00e1s de 5,289 t\u00edtulos de propiedad, de los <strong>cuales 3,108 se obtuvieron mediante el juicio sumario de
