<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.solili.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Solili<\/a> report\u00f3 que, al cierre del <strong>primer trimestre <\/strong>de 2025 (1T2025), el mercado industrial de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico registr\u00f3 un <strong>incremento del 17% en sus precios de renta<\/strong> en comparaci\u00f3n con el mismo periodo del 2024.<\/p>\n<p>El costo del <strong>arrendamiento industrial aument\u00f3 de 7.92 a 9.30<\/strong> d\u00f3lares por metro cuadrado al mes (USD\/m\u00b2\/mes) entre marzo de 2024 y marzo de 2025, lo que posiciona a la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?s=cdmx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CDMX<\/a> como el mercado m\u00e1s caro del pa\u00eds.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dentro de la regi\u00f3n, el <strong>corredor industrial de Tepotzotl\u00e1n<\/strong> registr\u00f3 el mayor aumento, al alcanzar los 8.60 USD\/m\u00b2\/mes, <strong>un alza del 48%.<\/strong> Le sigui\u00f3 el corredor de Cuautitl\u00e1n, con un incremento del 40%, al llegar a los 8.47 USD\/m\u00b2\/mes.<\/p>\n<p>La consultora se\u00f1al\u00f3 que esto se debe al <strong>incremento en la demanda<\/strong> de estos espacios, la escasez de naves vacantes y limitada disponibilidad de terrenos para la construcci\u00f3n de nuevos proyectos.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, Solili anticipa que los <strong>precios seguir\u00e1n subiendo<\/strong> una vez que concluyan las construcciones en curso, ya que las nuevas naves industriales presentan costos superiores al promedio
