{"id":154594,"date":"2025-04-08T14:27:47","date_gmt":"2025-04-08T20:27:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?p=154594"},"modified":"2025-04-08T18:27:57","modified_gmt":"2025-04-09T00:27:57","slug":"incertidumbre-oficinas-flexibles-wework","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/incertidumbre-oficinas-flexibles-wework\/","title":{"rendered":"Incertidumbre ha favorecido a las oficinas flexibles: WeWork"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Villar destac\u00f3 que WeWork ha tenido un inicio de a\u00f1o bastante positivo, con un crecimiento del 3% en la ocupaci\u00f3n de espacios<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con <strong>\u00c1lvaro Villar, jefe de ventas de WeWork Latinoam\u00e9rica<\/strong>, la actual incertidumbre econ\u00f3mica y pol\u00edtica, provocada por factores como la amenaza arancelaria por parte del Gobierno de Estados Unidos, ha favorecido a las <strong>oficinas flexibles<\/strong>, o <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/coworkings-tendencias-2025\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">coworkings<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>El especialista coment\u00f3 que, hoy, las empresas buscan <strong>contratos mucho m\u00e1s flexibles<\/strong> ante la incertidumbre de no saber qu\u00e9 les va a deparar dentro de los pr\u00f3ximos seis, 12 o 18 meses.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHemos visto un auge en nuestra demanda en los \u00faltimos meses. Probablemente, una parte provocada por esa incertidumbre en la que las compa\u00f1\u00edas no tienen la capacidad de tomar una decisi\u00f3n que sea proyectable a tres o cinco a\u00f1os\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, <strong>Villar<\/strong> destac\u00f3 que <strong>WeWork<\/strong> ha tenido un inicio de a\u00f1o bastante positivo, con un crecimiento del 3% en la ocupaci\u00f3n de espacios.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEste <strong>primer trimestre del a\u00f1o<\/strong> ha sido positivo para nosotros, primero ante la oportunidad de que muchas empresas no tienen una definici\u00f3n clara de su situaci\u00f3n, pero que en otro contexto econ\u00f3mico firmar\u00edan en una empresa tradicional de oficinas hasta por 10 a\u00f1os y que hoy no saben bien qu\u00e9 va a pasar.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPara sectores como el nuestro, este contexto pol\u00edtico y econ\u00f3mico es un acelerador porque muchas empresas de diferentes tama\u00f1os al no tener claridad de qu\u00e9 va a pasar en los siguientes dos a cinco a\u00f1os, necesitan optar por crecer o decrecer en un tiempo real. Muchas empresas deciden <strong>rentar espacios<\/strong> al no saber qu\u00e9 les depara a corto o mediano plazo, ya que todo est\u00e1 frenado\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>WeWork busca expandir sus operaciones en 2025<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Por otro lado, <strong>\u00c1lvaro Villar<\/strong> coment\u00f3 que, este 2025, <strong>WeWork<\/strong> buscar\u00e1 crecer cerca de 10% en las ciudades donde ya tienen presencia, es decir, la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, Guadalajara y Monterrey, as\u00ed como expandir sus operaciones a un cuarto mercado.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTenemos muy claro d\u00f3nde queremos crecer. Hay muchos espacios en donde ya tenemos el cliente que nos est\u00e1 pidiendo el espacio y que est\u00e9 el operador que regule su espacio; entonces actualmente ya sabemos d\u00f3nde queremos
