{"id":153983,"date":"2025-03-10T11:09:37","date_gmt":"2025-03-10T17:09:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?p=153983"},"modified":"2025-03-10T11:31:00","modified_gmt":"2025-03-10T17:31:00","slug":"infonavit-venta-de-viviendas-inai","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/infonavit-venta-de-viviendas-inai\/","title":{"rendered":"Infonavit debe esclarecer restricciones en venta de viviendas: INAI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Debido a que el Infonavit no present\u00f3 una resoluci\u00f3n clara, el INAI orden\u00f3 que se realice una b\u00fasqueda exhaustiva de informaci\u00f3n<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El Instituto Nacional de Transparencia, Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n y Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales (<a href=\"https:\/\/home.inai.org.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">INAI<\/a>) determin\u00f3 que el Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores (Infonavit) debe <strong>aclarar las normas que limitan la venta de viviendas adquiridas mediante un cr\u00e9dito<\/strong> antes de que transcurra un a\u00f1o desde su compra.<\/p>\n<p>Esta resoluci\u00f3n surgi\u00f3 luego de que una persona solicitara al Infonavit dicha informaci\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de preguntar el plazo m\u00ednimo que debe cumplirse para vender un inmueble adquirido mediante un cr\u00e9dito otorgado por ese organismo. En su respuesta, el Infonavit \u00fanicamente indic\u00f3 que <strong>para solicitar un nuevo pr\u00e9stamo deben haber pasado 12 meses tras liquidar el <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/ventajas-adquirir-credito-infonavit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cr\u00e9dito<\/a> anterio<\/strong>r, conforme a las Pol\u00edticas de Operaci\u00f3n Mediante las Alternativas de Financiamiento.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, esta persona present\u00f3 un recurso de revisi\u00f3n ante el INAI. El caso fue asignado a la ponencia de la comisionada Blanca Lilia Ibarra Cadena, quien identific\u00f3 que la respuesta del Infonavit fue incompleta, ya que <strong>el organismo no explic\u00f3 las excepciones relacionadas con la venta de viviendas<\/strong> y tampoco proporcion\u00f3 el documento completo sobre las Pol\u00edticas de Operaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Ante esta situaci\u00f3n<strong>, el Pleno del INAI resolvi\u00f3 por unanimidad modificar la respuesta del Infonavit<\/strong> y orden\u00f3 que se realice una b\u00fasqueda exhaustiva de la informaci\u00f3n solicitada para entregarla a la persona interesada. Adem\u00e1s, el Infonavit deber\u00e1 proporcionar el documento que omiti\u00f3 en su respuesta inicial.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, Ibarra Cadena resalt\u00f3 que es importante esclarecer las condiciones de venta de vivienda para <strong>impulsar a las mujeres a formar un patrimonio<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cEste tema adquiere relevancia en el marco del D\u00eda Internacional de la Mujer, pues deben adoptarse medidas para evitar que las mujeres sean v\u00edctimas de violencia patrimonial o institucional. Y precisamente la orientada a la adquisici\u00f3n de vivienda es una donde debe prestarse especial atenci\u00f3n\u201d,
