{"id":153827,"date":"2025-03-03T11:38:27","date_gmt":"2025-03-03T17:38:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?p=153827"},"modified":"2025-03-03T16:41:07","modified_gmt":"2025-03-03T22:41:07","slug":"bancoppel-credito-hipotecario","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/bancoppel-credito-hipotecario\/","title":{"rendered":"BanCoppel lanza nuevo cr\u00e9dito hipotecario digital"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El nuevo cr\u00e9dito hipotecario de BanCoppel contar\u00e1 con tasas de inter\u00e9s desde el 9%<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>BanCoppel ha dado a conocer el inicio de su nuevo cr\u00e9dito hipotecario, con el objetivo de <strong>diversificar su portafolio de productos<\/strong> y apoyar a sus clientes en la adquisici\u00f3n de vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>Estephany Ley, directora Corporativa de Banca Minorista en BanCoppel, indic\u00f3 que el banco ha identificado un segmento de clientes a quienes se les han ofrecido productos financieros enfocados en el consumo. No obstante, la creaci\u00f3n del cr\u00e9dito hipotecario representa una oportunidad de <strong>atender la necesidad de vivienda de sus clientes,<\/strong> as\u00ed como afianzar su relaci\u00f3n por m\u00e1s tiempo.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, Carlos L\u00f3pez-Moctezuma, director general de BanCoppel y de Servicios Financieros de Coppel, resalt\u00f3 que, en la actualidad, el contexto tecnol\u00f3gico ha hecho m\u00e1s evidente la necesidad de contar con productos nativos digitales para atender a los clientes que lo requieren.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, trabajaron en el desarrollo de la <strong>primera hipoteca 100% digital<\/strong>, en la que desde la solicitud, atenci\u00f3n y pagos se realizan en l\u00ednea, a excepci\u00f3n de la firma ante el notario y la entrega de las llaves de la vivienda.<\/p>\n<h2>Caracter\u00edsticas del cr\u00e9dito hipotecario BanCoppel<\/h2>\n<p>Ricardo Garc\u00eda Conde, director de Cr\u00e9dito Hipotecario, Movilidad y Nuevos Negocios BanCoppel, detall\u00f3 que este producto estar\u00e1 dirigido a los <strong>segmentos de vivienda econ\u00f3mica, media y residencial<\/strong>. Los pr\u00e9stamos oscilar\u00e1n entre <strong>300,000 pesos y 15 millones de pesos<\/strong> (mdp), con plazos de pago de 10, 15 y 20 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>El cr\u00e9dito hipotecario ofrecer\u00e1 una cobertura de hasta el <strong>90% del valor de la vivienda<\/strong>, y el 95% si se opta por las modalidades Apoyo Infonavit o Cofinavit. <strong>Las tasas de inter\u00e9s estar\u00e1n entre el 9.90%<\/strong> y el 12.5% anual.<\/p>\n<p>El ejecutivo de BanCoppel se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la nueva hipoteca cuenta con <strong>seguros de vida, incapacidad total, desempleo<\/strong> y da\u00f1os al inmueble y su contenido, lo que brinda una mayor protecci\u00f3n a los acreditados y a su vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, resalt\u00f3 que una de las particularidades del cr\u00e9dito es la <strong>\u2018mensualidad comod\u00edn\u2019<\/strong>, la cual permite que, cada vez que un cliente acumule 12 pagos puntuales consecutivos, pueda diferir una mensualidad y utilizarla cuando lo desee. Este pago ser\u00e1 diferido hasta el final del plazo del cr\u00e9dito, y en ese mes BanCoppel cubrir\u00e1 el costo de los seguros.<\/p>\n<p>Garc\u00eda Conde se\u00f1al\u00f3 que tanto <strong>trabajadores formales como informales pueden aplicar a este cr\u00e9dito<\/strong>, siempre que puedan comprobar su nivel de ingresos mensuales. En ambos casos, la edad m\u00ednima es de 25 a\u00f1os y la m\u00e1xima de 64 a\u00f1os con 11 meses al momento de la contrataci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Al ser digital, cualquier persona puede ingresar a la <a href=\"https:\/\/pahipoteca.bancoppel.com\/simulador\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">p\u00e1gina oficial<\/a>, realizar el simulador y de pr\u00e9stamo y obtener su <strong>preaprobaci\u00f3n en cinco minutos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, los ejecutivos del banco indicaron que para este a\u00f1o esperan colocar <strong>1,400 hipotecas por un monto total de 2,500 mdp<\/strong>.
