De octubre a diciembre de 2024, los ingresos alcanzaron <strong>7,528.5 millones de pesos <\/strong>(mdp), en comparaci\u00f3n con los 6,783 mdp reportados en el 4T23.<\/p>\n<p>En el acumulado del a\u00f1o, los <strong>ingresos de <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?s=funo+\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fibra Uno<\/a> crecieron 9.22%, <\/strong>pasando de 22,969.7 mdp en 2023 a 25,084.1 mdp. El fideicomiso se\u00f1al\u00f3 que este crecimiento refleja su capacidad para generar ingresos consistentes y su solidez en el mercado inmobiliario.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>Ingreso Neto Operativo (NOI) alcanz\u00f3 los 5,577.1 mdp<\/strong>, lo que representa un incremento del 9.1% en comparaci\u00f3n con el mismo periodo del a\u00f1o anterior. Mientras que, en el \u00faltimo trimestre del a\u00f1o, la distribuci\u00f3n por Certificado Burs\u00e1til Fiduciario Inmobiliario (CBFI) fue de 0.5513 pesos por CBFI, cifra equivalente al 83.7% del AFFO del trimestre.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a la <strong>ocupaci\u00f3n del portafolio, esta cerr\u00f3 en 95.6%<\/strong>, representando un crecimiento de 30 puntos base respecto al trimestre anterior. En este caso, el <strong>segmento comercial<\/strong> aument\u00f3 100 puntos base, alcanzando el 93.7%, mientras que el <strong>segmento de oficinas<\/strong> creci\u00f3 20 puntos base, ubic\u00e1ndose en 83.7%, ambos en su nivel m\u00e1s alto desde la pandemia.<\/p>\n<p>Gonzalo Robina, director general adjunto de FUNO, destac\u00f3 que <strong>continuar\u00e1n apostando por la inversi\u00f3n en el sector inmobiliario<\/strong> nacional, impulsando el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cEn Fibra Uno, creemos firmemente en M\u00e9xico.
