As\u00ed lo se\u00f1alaron especialistas durante la charla \u2018Mercado de oficinas, adaptaci\u00f3n y aprendizajes en un entorno en transformaci\u00f3n\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A ra\u00edz de la pandemia por Covid-19, el mercado de oficinas identific\u00f3 la necesidad de <\/span><b>brindar una mayor flexibilidad a las empresas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, para que, a su vez, estas pudieran <\/span><b>ofrecerla a sus colaboradores<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En ese sentido, \u00c1lvaro, Villar L\u00f3pez, region head of sales de WeWork Latam, destac\u00f3 que, <\/span><b>al inicio de la contingencia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, la flexibilidad en los <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?s=oficinas\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">espacios corporativos<\/a> r<\/span><b>epresentaba un valor agregado<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">; sin embargo,<\/span><b> hoy representa una caracter\u00edstica esencial<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por su parte, Jos\u00e9 Antonio Hagg, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Global Corporate Solutions Director<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.colliers.com\/es-mx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Colliers<\/a>, destac\u00f3 que, antes de la pandemia, eran las empresas las que establec\u00edan las condiciones de trabajo y defin\u00edan las caracter\u00edsticas de las oficinas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No obstante, en la actualidad, son <\/span><b>los trabajadores quienes solicitan ciertas especificaciones y amenidades en los espacios<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, lo que ha llevado a las empresas a buscar caracter\u00edsticas distintivas en sus oficinas. En este contexto, los expertos se\u00f1alaron la importancia de <\/span><b>equilibrar las necesidades de los colaboradores y de las empresas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asimismo, Jacobo El Mann Jafif, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vice President of Operations<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de Allux, resalt\u00f3 que, al priorizar al ser humano dentro del sector, es fundamental <\/span><b>mejorar la experiencia de los usuarios finales<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Esta meta puede alcanzarse mediante el fortalecimiento de los servicios en amenidades, la atenci\u00f3n a los colaboradores y el mantenimiento de los espacios, entre otros recuperaci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, aquellos desarrolladores que se adaptaron m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente a las nuevas demandas son quienes hoy registran una mayor
