{"id":153454,"date":"2025-02-13T15:43:16","date_gmt":"2025-02-13T21:43:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?p=153454"},"modified":"2025-02-13T16:09:19","modified_gmt":"2025-02-13T22:09:19","slug":"reforma-infonavit-cuellar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/reforma-infonavit-cuellar\/","title":{"rendered":"Reforma al Infonavit no tocar\u00e1 el ahorro de los trabajadores: Cu\u00e9llar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Ram\u00edrez Cu\u00e9llar resalt\u00f3 que la reforma al Infonavit le proveer\u00e1 al Instituto diversos \u00f3rganos que resguardar\u00e1n el ahorro de los trabajadores <\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El d\u00eda de ayer, las Comisiones Unidas de Vivienda y Estudios Legislativos del<a href=\"https:\/\/www.senado.gob.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Senado<\/a> de la Rep\u00fablica aprobaron, en lo general y en lo particular, la reforma a la Ley del Infonavit. Hoy, el Pleno discute su aprobaci\u00f3n final. No obstante, contin\u00faa la controversia sobre diversos puntos de la reforma, entre ellos la pregunta: <strong>\u00bfel ahorro de los trabajadores est\u00e1 en riesgo?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En conferencia de prensa, el senador Alfonso Ram\u00edrez Cu\u00e9llar, vicecoordinador de Morena, afirm\u00f3 que el dinero manejado por el Infonavit y proveniente del <strong>ahorro de los trabajadores formales est\u00e1 seguro y continuar\u00e1 generando rendimientos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cTodos los ahorros de los trabajadores en las Subcuentas de Vivienda est\u00e1n total y absolutamente garantizados, su resguardo es seguro, porque ahora la vigilancia, control y fiscalizaci\u00f3n de lo que maneje el Infonavit tiene mayores candados\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>El legislador morenista afirm\u00f3 que la reforma brindar\u00e1 al Infonavit diversos \u00f3rganos como la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional Bancaria, Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda, Auditor\u00eda Superior de la Federaci\u00f3n, mediante las cuales se busca garantizar el ahorro de los trabajadores.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cNunca antes en la historia del Instituto hab\u00eda existido un sin n\u00famero de instituciones y de \u00f3rganos de control que garantizaran el resguardo del ahorro de los trabajadores\u201d, coment\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ram\u00edrez Cu\u00e9llar se\u00f1al\u00f3 que miembros de la oposici\u00f3n han propiciado la desinformaci\u00f3n al afirmar que, con la reforma al Infonavit y la creaci\u00f3n de una empresa filial para la construcci\u00f3n, se pondr\u00e1n en riesgo los 2.4 billones de pesos que maneja el organismo.<\/p>\n<p>Explic\u00f3 que esta cifra representa el total del dinero acumulado, del cual solo una parte es de liquidez inmediata. Adem\u00e1s, detall\u00f3 que, de acuerdo con la ley actual del Infonavit, \u00fanicamente puede utilizarse el <strong>0.55 del total de ellos recursos para gastos de operaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, <strong>apartado seguir\u00e1 vigente<\/strong> en la nueva ley.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201c800,000 mdp corresponden a los fondos de inversi\u00f3n, el cual es intocable y que ser\u00e1 una de las \u201ccolumnas vertebrales\u201d del funcionamiento del Instituto, m\u00e1s de un bill\u00f3n est\u00e1 depositado en cr\u00e9ditos, que se mantiene sin ninguna modificaci\u00f3n\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Finalmente, <strong>Ram\u00edrez Cu\u00e9llar neg\u00f3<\/strong> que los nuevos esquemas de construcci\u00f3n y renta social del <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?s=infonavit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Infonavit<\/a> pondr\u00e1n <strong>en riesgo el ahorro de los derechohabientes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00abNo se toca absolutamente ning\u00fan ahorro de los trabajadores. Es falso lo que dicen algunos grupos parlamentarios que est\u00e1n en riesgo las Subcuentas de Vivienda, esto es una mentira porque no se toca el fondo de inversiones, ni m\u00e1s del bill\u00f3n de pesos en cr\u00e9ditos disponibles\u201d, concluy\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ram\u00edrez Cu\u00e9llar resalt\u00f3 que la reforma al Infonavit le
