{"id":153442,"date":"2025-02-12T16:42:43","date_gmt":"2025-02-12T22:42:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?p=153442"},"modified":"2025-02-12T17:01:32","modified_gmt":"2025-02-12T23:01:32","slug":"gap-inversion-aeropuertos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/construccion\/gap-inversion-aeropuertos\/","title":{"rendered":"GAP invertir\u00e1 52,000 mdp en modernizaci\u00f3n de aeropuertos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Mediante la inversi\u00f3n, el Grupo Aeroportuario del Pac\u00edfico contempla la modernizaci\u00f3n y expansi\u00f3n de aeropuertos como el de Guadalajara, Puerto Vallarta, Los Cabos, Tijuana, entre otros<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Grupo Aeroportuario del Pac\u00edfico (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aeropuertosgap.com.mx\/es\/\">GAP<\/a>) inform\u00f3 que realizar\u00e1 <strong>una inversi\u00f3n superior a los 52,000 millones de pesos<\/strong> (mdp) para modernizar y expandir los 12 aeropuertos que administra en M\u00e9xico. Esta iniciativa forma parte del Plan Maestro de Desarrollo 2025-2029.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo el GAP, esta inversi\u00f3n generar\u00eda un <strong>incremento del 50%\u00a0en la capacidad de terminales<\/strong>, un\u00a045%\u00a0de crecimiento en puntos de inspecci\u00f3n, un\u00a025%\u00a0de expansi\u00f3n en las plataformas para aeronaves y un aumento del 20 % en el campo de vuelo.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, Laura Diez Barroso, presidenta del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n de GAP, destac\u00f3 que, a trav\u00e9s de esta iniciativa, no solo se <strong>fortalece la <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/aeropuertos-con-mayor-trafico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">red aeroportuaria<\/a> del pa\u00eds<\/strong>, sino que tambi\u00e9n se <strong>impulsa la generaci\u00f3n de empleo y la econom\u00eda<\/strong> que depende de esta infraestructura.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cEl impacto de esta inversi\u00f3n, que es la mayor en nuestra historia, va mucho m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la movilidad. Los aeropuertos generan empleos, fortalecen econom\u00edas y facilitan el comercio con el mundo. Por eso, en GAP asumimos un compromiso claro: seguir invirtiendo, creciendo y evolucionando para que cada terminal que operamos sea un motor de desarrollo para su comunidad\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>El grupo detall\u00f3 que esta inversi\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica contempla diversas obras. Una de ellas es la construcci\u00f3n de un <strong>nuevo edificio terminal de 69,000 metros cuadrados<\/strong> (m\u00b2) en el <strong>Aeropuerto Internacional de Guadalajara<\/strong>, lo que representa un incremento del 73 % en la infraestructura actual, adem\u00e1s de la adquisici\u00f3n de alrededor de 285 hect\u00e1reas (ha) de terrenos cercanos para su futura expansi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, la iniciativa incluye la construcci\u00f3n de <strong>un nuevo edificio en el Aeropuerto de Puerto Vallarta de 74,000 m\u00b2<\/strong>, lo que representa un <strong>crecimiento del 132%<\/strong> y duplicar\u00e1 la capacidad del aeropuerto. Adem\u00e1s, se construir\u00e1 un paso elevado que conectar\u00e1 el Nuevo Edificio Terminal con el bulevar de acceso principal, con lo que se busca agilizar el tr\u00e1nsito vehicular.<\/p>\n<p>GAP tambi\u00e9n contempla <strong>ampliar en un 47%<\/strong> el edificio terminal del <strong>Aeropuerto de Tijuana<\/strong> y <strong>expandir en un 32%<\/strong> la <strong>terminal 2 <\/strong>del
