{"id":153379,"date":"2025-02-10T12:35:38","date_gmt":"2025-02-10T18:35:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?p=153379"},"modified":"2025-02-10T18:45:35","modified_gmt":"2025-02-11T00:45:35","slug":"infonavit-coyotes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/infonavit-coyotes\/","title":{"rendered":"Infonavit: Coyotes se quedan hasta el 40% del dinero de los trabajadores"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>En el caso que exhibi\u00f3 Romero Oropeza, el coyote se identific\u00f3 como miembro del inexistente Instituto de Asesores del Infonavit<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Octavio Romero Oropeza, director general del Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores (Infonavit), inform\u00f3 que dentro del <a href=\"https:\/\/portalmx.infonavit.org.mx\/wps\/portal\/infonavitmx\/mx2\/derechohabientes\/!ut\/p\/z1\/hY-9DoJAEISfxYKWXX6Ew-4iiQoJgQbwGgMGDxLgCJzy-l6UxkR0ut35ZjcDDHJgffFoeCEb0Retms_MuTgHxOPeNiKSEopJ5EVm6FhmQF3I_gFM2bgiiirPXsjqBWcBPM-3jZCgGRsRYpImhn_yXdyivQA_ngTAeCvKdx_alxbhwMbqVo3VqN9Hta6lHKadhhrO86xzIXhb6VfRafgtUotJQv5JwtDl2MRdRia6eQLjCZYX\/dz\/d5\/L2dBISEvZ0FBIS9nQSEh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">organismo<\/a> operan coyotes que, a cambio de <strong>tramitar la entrega del dinero<\/strong> de la Subcuenta de Vivienda<strong>, retienen hasta el 40% del ahorro<\/strong> de los trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la conferencia de prensa matutina, el ingeniero detall\u00f3 que, en distintas partes del pa\u00eds, hay anuncios de personas que prometen <strong>retirar en efectivo el saldo<\/strong> de la <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/retirar-subcuenta-de-vivienda\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Subcuenta de Vivienda<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cHay muchos \u201ccoyotes\u201d metidos en el Infonavit, enga\u00f1ando a los derechohabientes, haci\u00e9ndoles creer que pueden sacar su dinero para hacer cualquier cosa. Loque ellos buscan es obtener un porcentaje del dinero de los trabajadores, se quedan hasta con el 40% y en ocasiones hasta m\u00e1s, del dinero que pertenece a los derechohabientes\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Sin embargo, aclar\u00f3 que el retiro de estos fondos no es posible, ya que la <strong>Subcuenta de Vivienda<\/strong> tiene dos objetivos principales: <strong>adquirir una vivienda<\/strong> o, en caso de no ser utilizada con este fin, entregarse \u00edntegramente al derechohabiente al momento de su<strong> jubilaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo operan los coyotes en el Infonavit?<\/p>\n<p>En la ma\u00f1anera, Romero Oropeza expuso el caso de un coyote que ofrec\u00eda retirar en efectivo los fondos de la Subcuenta de Vivienda mediante un <strong>cr\u00e9dito<\/strong> Infonavit o un \u201ccr\u00e9dito puente\u201d. A cambio, <strong>ped\u00eda el 38% del total<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de cobros por conceptos como \u201cconstancias, certificados, ISR y titulaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cEste asesor explic\u00f3 los pasos para realizar el tr\u00e1mite, solicitando a cambio el 38 por ciento del monto disponible en la subcuenta de vivienda del trabajador, este 38 por ciento, adem\u00e1s de otros gastos, por eso les habl\u00f3 de m\u00e1s del 40%\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Esta persona se identific\u00f3 como miembro del inexistente Instituto de Asesores del Infonavit y de la
