\u201cEn febrero arrancar\u00e1n 20,564 acciones, en marzo 13,798 y en abril 17,983; un total de 52,345 acciones\u201d, detall\u00f3 la titular de la Sedatu<\/em><\/p>\n

Este lunes, al participar en la conferencia matutina, encabezada por la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, Edna Vega Rangel, titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y Urbano<\/strong> (Sedatu<\/strong>), present\u00f3 los avances del Programa de Vivienda para el Bienestar<\/strong> (PVB<\/strong>), que tiene el objetivo de realizar 1 mill\u00f3n de viviendas nuevas en todo el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

De esta manera, inform\u00f3 que durante febrero, marzo y abril<\/strong> de este a\u00f1o arrancar\u00e1 la construcci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 50,000 viviendas<\/strong> en 25 estados del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

\u201cEn el mes de febrero arrancar\u00e1n 20,564 acciones<\/strong>, en marzo 13,798<\/strong> y en abril 17,983<\/strong>; un total de 52,345 acciones<\/strong>. Quiero precisar que, de los 32 estados, est\u00e1n 25 porque en el resto seguimos en proceso de concentrar la factibilidad de los predios. Esta meta significa 235,000 empleos directos y 353,000 indirectos\u201d, detall\u00f3 la funcionaria.<\/p>\n

Asimismo, destac\u00f3 que ya se cuenta con una reserva territorial de 322 predios<\/strong> para la construcci\u00f3n de las viviendas, equivalentes a 2,260 hect\u00e1reas. Adem\u00e1s de que, de octubre de 2024 a la fecha, la Sedatu<\/strong> ha logrado instalar 31 mesas de coordinaci\u00f3n estatales y municipales y firmar 19 convenios de colaboraci\u00f3n para agilizar los tr\u00e1mites referentes al uso de suelo y licencias para arrancar el PVB.<\/p>\n

En su intervenci\u00f3n, Rodrigo Ch\u00e1vez Contreras, director general de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Vivienda<\/strong> (Conavi<\/strong>), report\u00f3 que ya cuentan con 93 predios, equivalentes a 400 hect\u00e1reas, para la construcci\u00f3n de vivienda; y anunci\u00f3 que este mes arrancan trabajos en 41 de ellos.<\/p>\n

Y, con respecto al Programa de Mejoramiento de Vivienda en el oriente del Estado de M\u00e9xico<\/strong>, record\u00f3 que ya se entregaron m\u00e1s de 45,000 tarjetas y pr\u00f3ximamente se entregar\u00e1n m\u00e1s de 52,000 en 10 municipios.<\/p>\n

Jos\u00e9 Alfonso Iracheta Carroll, director general del Instituto Nacional del Suelo Sustentable<\/strong> (Insus<\/strong>), explic\u00f3 el proceso de regularizaci\u00f3n de suelo para la entrega de escrituras:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Di\u00e1logo y acuerdo con ejidos o propietarios del suelo<\/li>\n
  2. Integraci\u00f3n de expedientes (expropiaci\u00f3n, desincorporaci\u00f3n o mandato)<\/li>\n
  3. Realizaci\u00f3n de trabajos t\u00e9cnicos<\/li>\n
  4. Registro de cartograf\u00edas y documentaci\u00f3n en los catastros municipales<\/li>\n
  5. Realizaci\u00f3n del censo de uso y posesi\u00f3n de los lotes<\/li>\n
  6. Firma de acuerdo de regularizaci\u00f3n y condiciones para la escrituraci\u00f3n<\/li>\n
  7. Realizaci\u00f3n de tr\u00e1mites municipales: clave catastral, traslado de dominio y certificaci\u00f3n y autorizaciones<\/li>\n
  8. Elaboraci\u00f3n de escrituras e inscripci\u00f3n en el Registro P\u00fablico de la Propiedad de cada estado<\/li>\n
  9. Entrega de escrituras<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Por su parte, Octavio Romero Oropeza, director general del Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores<\/strong> (Infonavit<\/strong>), coment\u00f3 que ya se cuenta con 123 predios en 29 entidades del pa\u00eds, donde se construir\u00e1n 61,743 viviendas.<\/p>\n

    De igual manera, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, mientras se aprueba la reforma a la Ley del Infonavit<\/strong><\/a>, ya se entreg\u00f3 un proyecto arquitect\u00f3nico en Oaxaca; este mes se entregar\u00e1n nueve proyectos m\u00e1s para Baja California Sur, Campeche, Hidalgo, Sinaloa, Sonora, Tabasco, Tamaulipas y Yucat\u00e1n; y en marzo ser\u00e1n 104 proyectos arquitect\u00f3nicos para 21 entidades federativas.<\/p>\n

    Finalmente, Jabnely Maldonado Meza, vocal ejecutiva del Fondo de la Vivienda del ISSSTE <\/strong>(Fovissste<\/strong>), resalt\u00f3 que, con el fin de apoyar a m\u00e1s de 400,000 personas acreditadas, se liquidar\u00e1n 56,792 cr\u00e9ditos y se condonar\u00e1n intereses a 288,522.<\/p>\n

    Adem\u00e1s record\u00f3 que, el pasado viernes 7 de febrero, la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum envi\u00f3 al Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n la iniciativa de reforma<\/strong><\/a> para que el Fovissste pueda adquirir, construir, rehabilitar y arrendar vivienda; acciones con las que se podr\u00e1 garantizar vivienda adecuada a m\u00e1s familias derechohabientes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
