{"id":153130,"date":"2025-01-28T13:18:28","date_gmt":"2025-01-28T19:18:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?p=153130"},"modified":"2025-01-28T13:28:12","modified_gmt":"2025-01-28T19:28:12","slug":"volvo-planta-automotriz-nl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/volvo-planta-automotriz-nl\/","title":{"rendered":"Volvo invierte 700 mdd en construcci\u00f3n de planta automotriz en NL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Se espera que la nueva planta automotriz genere 2,500 empleos directos y hasta 5,000 indirectos en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Volvo Group<\/strong> anunci\u00f3 una<strong> inversi\u00f3n por 700 millones de d\u00f3lares<\/strong> (mdd) en <a href=\"https:\/\/nl.gob.mx\/es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nuevo Le\u00f3n<\/a> para la construcci\u00f3n de una <strong>nueva planta automotriz<\/strong>, que ser\u00e1 considerada la m\u00e1s grande del mundo para la compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la ceremonia de colocaci\u00f3n de la primera piedra, Samuel Garc\u00eda, gobernador de Nuevo Le\u00f3n, destac\u00f3 que este proyecto representa un paso adelante para consolidar a la entidad como un centro clave de la industria automotriz.<\/p>\n<p>La planta automotriz estar\u00e1 ubicada en <strong>Ci\u00e9nega de Flores<\/strong>, N.L., y contar\u00e1 con una superficie de construcci\u00f3n de 195,000 metros cuadrados (m). El proyecto estar\u00e1 a cargo de <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/mexico-lider-nearshoring-escala\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ESCALA<\/a>, en conjunto con Grupo Garza Ponce, se espera concluir la obra en 18 meses.<\/p>\n<p>El terreno destinado al proyecto cuenta con una<strong> extensi\u00f3n total de 120 hect\u00e1reas <\/strong>(ha). De estas, 94 ha ser\u00e1n destinadas a la construcci\u00f3n de la planta de Volvo Group, mientras que las 26 ha restantes se destinar\u00e1n a la creaci\u00f3n de un Pocket Park.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, las compa\u00f1\u00edas buscan que la <strong>nueva planta cuente con la Certificaci\u00f3n LEED GOLD<\/strong>, como parte del compromiso de Volvo Group con la sustentabilidad y la responsabilidad social.<\/p>\n<p>El grupo prev\u00e9 que la nueva planta abastezca a los negocios de Volvo Trucks y Mack Trucks en Estados Unidos y Canad\u00e1, as\u00ed como a Mack Trucks en M\u00e9xico y Latinoam\u00e9rica. Se proyecta que las <strong>operaciones comiencen en 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Las nuevas instalaciones de la empresa automotriz estar\u00e1n dedicadas a la fabricaci\u00f3n de tractocamiones Volvo, ensamblaje de veh\u00edculos, producci\u00f3n de cabinas y pintura. Se estima que la planta genere 2,500 empleos directos y hasta 5,000 indirectos en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Pedro Valdes, director general de ESCALA, resalt\u00f3 que la planta no s\u00f3lo solo representa la <strong>confianza de empresas internacionales en invertir en M\u00e9xico<\/strong>, sino tambi\u00e9n es una oportunidad para generar m\u00e1s empleos.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cEn ESCALA estamos muy orgullosos de participar como Gerencia de Obra en la construcci\u00f3n de la nueva planta de Volvo en Nuevo Le\u00f3n, estamos seguros que la construcci\u00f3n de esta planta representa la puerta a nuevas inversiones para el pa\u00eds. Con un \u00e1rea techada equivalente a 40 campos de f\u00fatbol, esta planta ser\u00e1 la m\u00e1s grande de Volvo en el mundo, consolidando su presencia en M\u00e9xico y generando nuevas oportunidades de empleo.
