{"id":152270,"date":"2024-12-13T17:47:28","date_gmt":"2024-12-13T23:47:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?p=152270"},"modified":"2024-12-13T17:47:28","modified_gmt":"2024-12-13T23:47:28","slug":"bts-demanda-aguascalientes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/bts-demanda-aguascalientes\/","title":{"rendered":"Proyectos BTS lideran demanda industrial en Aguascalientes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Aguascalientes cuenta con el precio de renta m\u00e1s alto del Baj\u00edo; a pesar de ello, tiene la tasa de vacancia m\u00e1s baja de la regi\u00f3n<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con informaci\u00f3n de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.solili.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Solili<\/a>, durante octubre y noviembre de 2024, el mercado industrial de\u00a0<strong>Aguascalientes\u00a0<\/strong>registr\u00f3 una <strong>demanda de 8,000 metros cuadrados <\/strong>(m\u00b2), todos correspondientes a <strong>proyectos Build To Suit<\/strong> (BTS).<\/p>\n<p>Esto se debe a que las empresas han mostrado la necesidad de contar con dise\u00f1os <strong>personalizados que se adapte a sus necesidades<\/strong>. De este modo, aseguran un rendimiento \u00f3ptimo en sus operaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/inventario-industrial-bajio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CBRE M\u00e9xico<\/a> inform\u00f3 que, durante los primeros nueve meses del a\u00f1o, el Baj\u00edo inici\u00f3 la <strong>construcci\u00f3n de 612,000 m\u00b2<\/strong>, de los cuales el <strong>30% se tratan de proyectos BTS<\/strong> con prearrendamiento. Esto refleja el inter\u00e9s de las empresas por establecerse en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, la consultora destac\u00f3 que, al cierre del tercer trimestre de 2024, el Baj\u00edo present\u00f3 un precio promedio de arrendamiento de 5.50 d\u00f3lares por m\u00b2 al mes. Sin embargo, <strong>Aguascalientes<\/strong> se posicion\u00f3 como el mercado con el <strong>precio m\u00e1s alto con 5.96 d\u00f3lares por m\u00b2 al mes<\/strong>.
