Esto, de acuerdo con una encuesta realizada por la plataforma. Sin embargo, lograr el sue\u00f1o de vivir solos se ha complicado debido a factores econ\u00f3micos, costos de vivienda elevados y salarios que no permiten sostener un hogar con un solo ingreso o pensar en adquirir un bien inmueble.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan datos del Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica y Geograf\u00eda (INEGI), en el primer trimestre de 2024, el ingreso promedio de los j\u00f3venes en M\u00e9xico fue de $33.8 pesos por hora trabajada.\u00a0En el mismo periodo, 46.8% de los j\u00f3venes recibi\u00f3 hasta un salario m\u00ednimo, el 33.6% recibi\u00f3 m\u00e1s de uno y hasta dos, y el 7.2% recibi\u00f3 m\u00e1s de dos salarios m\u00ednimos.<\/p>\n<p>Esto retrasa la posibilidad de vivir solos; sin embargo, las opciones de vivir con amigos o roomies tambi\u00e9n es una posibilidad. Las generaciones j\u00f3venes tienden a la b\u00fasqueda de vivienda a trav\u00e9s de herramientas digitales para encontrar opciones que se adapten a sus estilos de vida, como los marketplaces.<\/p>\n<p>Los j\u00f3venes valoran la transparencia, personalizaci\u00f3n y velocidad de los procesos, condiciones que les brindan las plataformas digitales. Adem\u00e1s, les permiten saber m\u00e1s sobre el tipo de zona y acceso de viales que hay alrededor, as\u00ed como opciones de transporte y m\u00e1s. La b\u00fasqueda de opciones del llamado co-living (vivienda compartida) es cada vez m\u00e1s popular.<\/p>\n<p>Los marketplaces han implementado herramientas avanzadas de b\u00fasqueda con filtros espec\u00edficos para caracter\u00edsticas como sostenibilidad, cercan\u00eda a transporte p\u00fablico y zonas de entretenimiento, elementos que estas generaciones consideran prioritarios.<\/p>\n<p>Las plataformas tambi\u00e9n les ofrecen informaci\u00f3n sobre estilo de vida y consejos sobre finanzas personales, los cu\u00e1les pueden ayudarles a llevar una mejor administraci\u00f3n de sus recursos y optimizarlos al m\u00e1ximo.<\/p>\n<p>La preferencia de millennials y centennials por canales digitales ha impulsado una transformaci\u00f3n en el sector inmobiliario. Los marketplaces ya no son solo un complemento, sino una herramienta esencial para conectar a desarrolladores y agentes con un p\u00fablico informado y demandante.<\/p>\n<p>Con estrategias de marketing innovadoras que a veces incluyen la voz de influencers o especialistas del sector, y un enfoque en las necesidades de estas generaciones, las plataformas digitales est\u00e1n redefiniendo el
