Ahora, con apoyo del organsimo, los trabajadores pueden comprar, construir y hasta amueblar una vivienda<\/i><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Con el objetivo de apoyar a los trabajadores en la formaci\u00f3n de<b>\u00a0su patrimonio<\/b>, el Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores (<a href=\"https:\/\/portalmx.infonavit.org.mx\/wps\/portal\/infonavitmx\/mx2\/derechohabientes\/!ut\/p\/z1\/04_Sj9CPykssy0xPLMnMz0vMAfIjo8zizdwNDDycTQz9LMIsHA0C_Sz9jLzNjI28HM31wwkpiAJKG-AAjgZA_VFgJThNMIMqsLR0MTH0tjAwCjD0MzAIDAs0dPF0MTcwNTCBKsBjSUFuhEGmp6MiAOMcTcA!\/dz\/d5\/L2dBISEvZ0FBIS9nQSEh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Infonavit<\/a>) cuenta con diversos financiamientos y programas. Por ello, es necesario\u00a0<strong>conocer y evaluar los diferentes tipos de financiamientos. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Al inicio de 2024, el Instituto aument\u00f3 el monto m\u00e1ximo de financiamiento de todos sus productos. As\u00ed, a pesar del\u00a0<strong>incremento en los precios de las viviendas<\/strong>, el organismo busca que los trabajadores puedan mantener su capacidad de compra.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo tanto, los montos de los financiamientos quedaron de la siguiente forma:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cr\u00e9dito Infonavit Tradicional otorgar\u00e1 hasta 2,716,334 millones de pesos (mdp).<\/li>\n<li>Unamos Cr\u00e9ditos 4,889,402 mdp.<\/li>\n<li>Mejoravit Repara 39,606 pesos y Mejoravit Renueva 156,445 pesos.<\/li>\n<li>MejOraS\u00ed, 145,586 pesos.<\/li>\n<li>Equipa Tu Casa, 66,010 pesos.<\/li>\n<li>ConstruYO (reparaciones menores) 92, 414 pesos y ConstruYO (asistencia t\u00e9cnica y constructoras) 660,105 pesos.<\/li>\n<li>Crediterreno (primera acci\u00f3n de vivienda) 2,838, 454 mdp y Crediterreno (segunda acci\u00f3n de vivienda) 2,439,090 mdp.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Beneficios de contar con un cr\u00e9dito Infonavit<\/h2>\n<p>Cabe mencionar que, al contar con un cr\u00e9dito Infonavit, los derechohabientes pueden acceder a una <strong>tasa de inter\u00e9s desde\u00a0<\/strong><strong>3.76% hasta\u00a0<\/strong><strong>10.45%<\/strong>, determinada por el nivel salarial del acreditado. Dichas tasas son\u00a0<strong>las m\u00e1s bajas\u00a0<\/strong><strong>del mercado hipotecario<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Del mismo modo, los acreditados podr\u00e1n\u00a0<strong>realizar pa<\/strong><strong>gos anticipados<\/strong>\u00a0a sus financiamientos\u00a0<strong>sin penalizaciones<\/strong>. El\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?s=infonavit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Instituto<\/a>\u00a0env\u00eda estas aportaciones directamente al capital de la deuda, por lo que el cr\u00e9dito puede ser liquidado m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, si el ingreso mensual del acreditado es menor a 9,241 pesos,\u00a0<strong>no tendr\u00e1 que<\/strong><strong>\u00a0pagar los gastos de titulaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, todos los cr\u00e9ditos cuentan con: <strong>Seguro contra da\u00f1os<\/strong>\u00a0y vicios ocultos;\u00a0<strong>Seguro de Defunci\u00f3n y de Desempleo<\/strong>\u00a0(Fondo de Protecci\u00f3n de Pagos).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Infonavit ha diversificados sus financiamientos.
