{"id":151912,"date":"2024-11-22T13:14:40","date_gmt":"2024-11-22T19:14:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?p=151912"},"modified":"2024-11-22T13:37:38","modified_gmt":"2024-11-22T19:37:38","slug":"vinte-credito-ifc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/vinte-credito-ifc\/","title":{"rendered":"Vinte obtiene cr\u00e9dito por 301 mdd"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Principalmente, Vinte utilizar\u00e1 los fondos otorgados por la IFC para la construcci\u00f3n de viviendas verdes<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Vinte, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vinte.com.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">desarrolladora<\/a> de vivienda, anunci\u00f3 la obtenci\u00f3n de un <strong>paquete de financiamiento por 301 millones de d\u00f3lares<\/strong> (mdd) provenientes de la <strong>Corporaci\u00f3n Financiera Internacional<\/strong> (IFC, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s), miembro del Banco Mundial. La empresa mexicana indic\u00f3 que utilizar\u00e1 estos recursos para \u201campliar el acceso a <strong>viviendas asequibles y energ\u00e9ticamente<\/strong> <strong>eficientes<\/strong> en M\u00e9xico\u201d, a trav\u00e9s del <strong>Proyecto Vinte Green PCG<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de un comunicado, Vinte detall\u00f3 que la inversi\u00f3n de IFC incluye un pr\u00e9stamo \u2018A\u2019 por un <strong>58 mdd<\/strong>, el cual ser\u00e1 destinado a la <strong>adquisici\u00f3n de <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?s=javer\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Javer<\/a><\/strong>, y financiar\u00e1 los gastos de capital posteriores a la integraci\u00f3n y las necesidades de capital de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>La viviendera espera que los esfuerzos de movilizaci\u00f3n de IFC atraigan fondos adicionales del sector privado, incluidas <strong>inversiones en deuda y capital por 243 mdd<\/strong>. Este movimiento mejorar\u00e1 el perfil crediticio del paquete de financiamiento y permitir\u00e1 a Vinte acceder al mercado local de bonos.<\/p>\n<p>Acerca del <strong>Proyecto Vinte Green PCG<\/strong>, la desarrolladora se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el programa contempla <strong>est\u00e1ndares de construcci\u00f3n ecol\u00f3gica<\/strong>, por lo que contribuir\u00e1 a los \u201cesfuerzos de mitigaci\u00f3n y adaptaci\u00f3n al cambio clim\u00e1tico de M\u00e9xico\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente, Vinte es l\u00edder en viviendas con certificaci\u00f3n EDGE, Domingo Vald\u00e9s, director de Finanzas y miembro del Consejo, indic\u00f3 que esperan conservar esta posici\u00f3n al <strong>certificar al menos el 90% de sus nuevos desarrollos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00abGracias a la s\u00f3lida relaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica con socios como el IFC, Vinte se ha convertido en la constructora con el mayor n\u00famero de viviendas certificadas EDGE a nivel mundial, y ha podido crecer en ingresos anuales totales m\u00e1s de 24 veces desde 2008, considerando el proforma de adquisici\u00f3n de Javer al tercer trimestre del 2024\u00bb, coment\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Por su parte, Juan Gonzalo Flores, country manager de IFC para M\u00e9xico, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el financiamiento demuestra el inter\u00e9s de la Corporaci\u00f3n en la construcci\u00f3n de viviendas verdes
