{"id":151806,"date":"2024-11-15T16:19:18","date_gmt":"2024-11-15T22:19:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?p=151806"},"modified":"2024-11-15T16:48:49","modified_gmt":"2024-11-15T22:48:49","slug":"mercado-corporativo-gdl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/mercado-corporativo-gdl\/","title":{"rendered":"Corredores que lideran el mercado corporativo en Guadalajara"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Nueva Zona Financiera se encuentra a la cabeza de la construcci\u00f3n del mercado corporativo en Guadalajara, con 41,500 m\u00b2<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Informaci\u00f3n de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.solili.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Solili<\/a> se\u00f1ala que, al cierre del tercer trimestre de 2024 (3T24) <strong>Puerta de Hierro,\u00a0Nueva Zona Financiera\u00a0y Providencia<\/strong> son los corredores que lideran el mercado corporativo en Guadalajara, debido a su demanda de oficinas y proyectos en construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La consultora se\u00f1al\u00f3 que <strong>Nueva Zona Financiera ha destacado gracias a la expansi\u00f3n<\/strong> que ha experimentado en los <strong>\u00faltimos dos a\u00f1os<\/strong>. Este corredor <strong>se encuentra a la cabeza de la construcci\u00f3n<\/strong> de espacios corporativos, con 41,500 metros cuadrados (m\u00b2) de nuevos proyectos, The District,\u00a0Neruda Providencia, Torre Buc\u00e9, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?s=solili+\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Solili<\/a> indic\u00f3 que Nueva Zona Financiera ha presentado cifras positivas de absorci\u00f3n. En lo va del a\u00f1o, sus <strong>arrendamientos han alcanzado 14,000 m\u00b2,<\/strong> logrando la mayor demanda del mercado corporativo de la ciudad, adem\u00e1s de que cuenta con oportunidad de crecimiento.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, <strong>Providencia cuenta con m\u00e1s de 22,000 m\u00b2 de oficinas en construcci\u00f3n.<\/strong> Cercano al corredor anterior, Providencia cuenta con desarrollos corporativos como Bravante Business Center y\u00a0Entorno M\u00e9xico, proyectos con la mayor superficie de la zona.<\/p>\n<p>Con el 25% del total de oficinas, <strong>Puerta de Hierro es el corredor es el mayor del mercado<\/strong>; sin embargo, desde el 2022 no hab\u00eda contado con nuevos proyectos, hasta junio de 2024, cuento se inici\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n del proyecto Torre
