El a\u00f1o pasado, el costo promedio al mes era de 5.09 d\u00f3lares el metro cuadrado; ahora, ese precio es de <strong>5.51 d\u00f3lares por metro cuadrado <\/strong>(m\u00b2).<\/p>\n<p>Igualmente, la consultora se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el corredor industrial con los precios de renta m\u00e1s altos es\u00a0<strong>Zona Industrial San Luis Potos\u00ed,<\/strong> donde el precio al mes por m\u00b2 es de <strong>5.80 d\u00f3lares<\/strong>. Mientras que el precio m\u00e1s competitivo se encuentra en el corredor\u00a0<strong>Carretera San Luis Potos\u00ed &#8211; R\u00edo Verde,\u00a0con 5.28 d\u00f3lares<\/strong> por m\u00b2 mensual.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?s=solili\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Solili<\/a> indic\u00f3 que el mercado industrial de San Luis Potos\u00ed se posiciona como el <strong>tercer lugar con los precios m\u00e1s altos del Baj\u00edo<\/strong>, detr\u00e1s de Aguascalientes y Quer\u00e9taro.<\/p>\n<p>La empresa coment\u00f3 que diversos factores influyen en el incremento del precio de renta industrial; entre ellos, el creciente inter\u00e9s de las empresas por instalarse en San Luis Potos\u00ed, debido a que se trata de una
