{"id":151514,"date":"2024-10-30T16:18:06","date_gmt":"2024-10-30T22:18:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?p=151514"},"modified":"2024-10-30T16:50:02","modified_gmt":"2024-10-30T22:50:02","slug":"funo-crecimiento-ingresos-3t24","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/funo-crecimiento-ingresos-3t24\/","title":{"rendered":"FUNO reporta crecimiento de 11.2% en ingresos en el 3T24"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>FUNO se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, en el 3T24, el segmento con mayor incremento fue el industrial con 11.1%<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/funo.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fibra Uno<\/a> (FUNO) inform\u00f3 que, durante el tercer trimestre de 2024 (3T24), reuni\u00f3 <strong>7,086 millones de pesos<\/strong> (mdp) en <strong>ingresos<\/strong>, cifra que representa un <strong>crecimiento de 11.2%<\/strong>, en comparaci\u00f3n con los 6,373.7 mdp reportados con el mismo lapso del a\u00f1o pasado.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s del reporte financiero del periodo, FUNO se\u00f1al\u00f3 que <strong>el segmento con mayor incremento fue el industrial <\/strong>con 11.1%, <strong>seguido por el comercial<\/strong> con 7.2%, el segmento de oficinas con 7.0 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>Del mismo modo, el fideicomiso indic\u00f3 que, entre julio y septiembre 2024, <strong>la ocupaci\u00f3n de su portafolio alcanz\u00f3 el 95.3%<\/strong>, un alza de 130 puntos base, en comparaci\u00f3n con el mismo trimestre de 2023.<\/p>\n<p>En el 3T24 cont\u00f3 con un <strong>Ingreso Operativo Neto<\/strong> (NOI) de <strong>5,412.5 mdp,<\/strong> lo que representa un aumento de 7.6%, comparado con el mismo lapso del a\u00f1o anterior. Mientras que, la distribuci\u00f3n por CBFI fue de 0.5250 pesos por CBFI, lo que equivale al 87.9% del Fondos de Operaciones (FFO).<\/p>\n<p>Cabe recordar que, durante este trimestre, <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?s=funo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fibra Uno<\/a> anunci\u00f3 la <strong>compra del 100% del CKD Helios por un monto total de 7,000 mdp<\/strong>. El fideicomiso cubrir\u00e1 dicha la mayor\u00eda de esta cifra en su mayor\u00eda en tres exhibiciones\u00a0en los meses subsecuentes.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, Gonzalo Robina, director general adjunto de FUNO, indic\u00f3 que, en el 3T24, el fideicomiso logr\u00f3 resultados financieros positivos que demuestran su competitividad en el mercado.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cFibra Uno acumula un trimestre con buenos resultados financieros, lo que se refleja en rendimientos positivos para nuestros inversionistas y al mismo tiempo, nos posiciona de manera competitiva en el mercado de los bienes ra\u00edces.
