{"id":151488,"date":"2024-10-29T14:28:06","date_gmt":"2024-10-29T20:28:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?p=151488"},"modified":"2024-10-29T15:27:22","modified_gmt":"2024-10-29T21:27:22","slug":"nearshoring-reestructuracion-industria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/nearshoring-reestructuracion-industria\/","title":{"rendered":"Nearshoring y la reestructuraci\u00f3n de la industria en M\u00e9xico: IIEc"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Los especialistas se\u00f1alaron que es necesario que M\u00e9xico reconozca los retos y oportunidades que representa el nearshoring para que el beneficio a la econom\u00eda e industria sea mayor <\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Jos\u00e9 Manuel M\u00e1rquez Estrada, secretario acad\u00e9mico del Instituto de Investigaciones Econ\u00f3micas (IIEc) de la Universidad Nacional Aut\u00f3noma de M\u00e9xico (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unam.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UNAM<\/a>), resalt\u00f3 que el <strong>nearshoring ha orillado a M\u00e9xico<\/strong> a tener una <strong>reestructuraci\u00f3n industrial<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Debido a que el nearshoring\u00a0es una \u201cestrategia comercial de externalizaci\u00f3n\u201d que busca <strong>acercar las operaciones de una empresa al consumidor final<\/strong>, estructura que anteriormente el pa\u00eds no presentaba.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cAnteriormente, M\u00e9xico se caracterizaba por una actividad econ\u00f3mica casi independiente, donde lo que consum\u00edamos era producto principalmente de nuestras industrias y se generaba al interior de nuestras fronteras\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Durante el coloquio \u201cCadenas globales de valor y polos industriales en la era del\u00a0nearshoring. Oportunidades econ\u00f3micas y desaf\u00edos territoriales para M\u00e9xico\u201d, organizado por IIEc, M\u00e1rquez Estrada resalt\u00f3 que la cercan\u00eda de las empresas con sus consumidores <strong>representa ventajas como mejora en la gesti\u00f3n de las operaciones<\/strong>, aumento en la competitividad y rentabilidad de la compa\u00f1\u00eda; as\u00ed como la <strong>reducci\u00f3n de costos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Por ello, el especialista indic\u00f3 que es importante que quienes se desempe\u00f1an en los sectores identifiquen las oportunidades que puede ofrecer el nearshoring, para as\u00ed <strong>evaluar los retos que afronta M\u00e9xico<\/strong> y, con base en ello, elaborar estrategias que beneficien a la econom\u00eda nacional.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, Jorge Mario Mart\u00ednez Piva, oficial a cargo de la Sede Subregional en M\u00e9xico de la Comisi\u00f3n Econ\u00f3mica para Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe, record\u00f3 que desde 2008, con Donald Trump en la presidencia, Estados Unidos (EUA) estableci\u00f3 aranceles a ciertas mercanc\u00edas para implementar una pol\u00edtica de \u2018relocalizar\u2019, con el objetivo de <strong>atraer a la industria que se hab\u00eda ido<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Luego, a ra\u00edz de la Covid-19, EUA promovi\u00f3 la <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?s=nearshoring\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ubicaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica de empresas<\/a>, situaci\u00f3n en la que <strong>M\u00e9xico se ve principalmente beneficiado<\/strong> debido a que comparten frontera; as\u00ed como otros pa\u00edses como <strong>Costa Rica o Panam\u00e1,<\/strong> que son m\u00e1s atractivos que los pa\u00edses asi\u00e1ticos.<\/p>\n<p>Acerca de este fen\u00f3meno, Mart\u00ednez Piva indic\u00f3 que <strong>Am\u00e9rica Latina se encuentra en medio de una reestructuraci\u00f3n industrial<\/strong>, impulsada principalmente por EUA y por sectores como el energ\u00e9tico, automotriz
