En ese sentido, Sergio Leal Aguirre, presidente ejecutivo de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vinte.com.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vinte<\/a>, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que este fen\u00f3meno representa una <strong>oportunidad de crecimiento para la demanda de vivienda<\/strong> en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s del Informe Sustentable 2023 de Vinte, Leal Aguirre indic\u00f3 que el nearshoring es un <strong>generador de empleo<\/strong>, trabajos que generan la <strong>necesidad de vivienda<\/strong> en diferentes partes del pa\u00eds en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cEste a\u00f1o, al igual que a\u00f1os anteriores, el nearshoring sigui\u00f3 teniendo un impacto muy positivo en la econom\u00eda del pa\u00eds. Este fen\u00f3meno contin\u00faa generando empleo y, con ello, impulsa la demanda de vivienda. Vemos el panorama y fundamentales para el sector de vivienda en M\u00e9xico muy positivo para los pr\u00f3ximos 10 a\u00f1os\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>No obstante, el presidente ejecutivo de <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?s=vinte\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vinte<\/a> resalt\u00f3 que el sector vivienda debe contar con la <strong>oferta necesaria<\/strong> para poder crecer y cubrir el incremento en la demanda.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cPara aprovechar el efecto, es importante que la oferta de vivienda logre satisfacer esta demanda incremental, lo que presenta una gran oportunidad para nuestra empresa\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Finalmente, Leal se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la industria cuenta con una posici\u00f3n muy s\u00f3lida, ya que la vivienda logr\u00f3 con un <strong>\u00edndice de capitalizaci\u00f3n hist\u00f3rico<\/strong>, incremento en la entrega de hipotecas, entre otros par\u00e1metros.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cLa solidez de la banca en M\u00e9xico, con un \u00edndice de capitalizaci\u00f3n en niveles hist\u00f3ricos, el crecimiento en la originaci\u00f3n de hipotecas impulsado por tasas hipotecarias por debajo de CETES, y una pir\u00e1mide poblacional joven que se traduce en empleo formal en crecimiento, son factores que contribuyen al desarrollo de un escenario atractivo para el sector tambi\u00e9n\u201d, concluy\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sergio Leal resalt\u00f3 que, para aprovechar el impulso del
