{"id":151078,"date":"2024-10-09T09:00:30","date_gmt":"2024-10-09T15:00:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?p=151078"},"modified":"2024-10-09T00:30:13","modified_gmt":"2024-10-09T06:30:13","slug":"credito-vivienda-crece-1s2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/credito-vivienda-crece-1s2024\/","title":{"rendered":"Colocaci\u00f3n de cr\u00e9dito a la vivienda crece 17.7% en el 1S2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Durante el 1S2024, el Infonavit tuvo la mayor participaci\u00f3n en el mercado, con el 59.6% del total de cr\u00e9ditos a la vivienda otorgados<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con datos de la <strong>Comisi\u00f3n Nacional Bancaria y de Valores<\/strong> (<strong>CNBV<\/strong>), el <strong>Sistema Nacional de Informaci\u00f3n e Indicadores de Vivienda<\/strong> (<strong>SNIIV<\/strong>) y el <strong>Sistema de Informaci\u00f3n Infonavit <\/strong>(<strong>SII<\/strong>), durante el primer semestre de 2024 (1S2024) se otorgaron cerca de <strong>439,100 cr\u00e9ditos a la vivienda<\/strong> en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Lo anterior representa un crecimiento de 17.7% respecto al mismo periodo del a\u00f1o anterior, as\u00ed como una derrama de m\u00e1s de 254,300 millones de pesos (mdp), 7.5% m\u00e1s que lo otorgado en el 1S2023.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso del <strong>Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores<\/strong> (<strong>Infonavit<\/strong>), los datos indican que, durante el 1S2024 mantuvo una tendencia ascendente, al otorgar 261,600 cr\u00e9ditos hipotecarios y para la vivienda, 46.0% m\u00e1s que en el 1S2023; con un monto acumulado de 101,300 mdp, 30.6% m\u00e1s que en el mismo periodo de 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, la <strong>banca comercial<\/strong> registr\u00f3 una colocaci\u00f3n de 58,000 cr\u00e9ditos entre enero y junio de 2024, lo que implic\u00f3 una disminuci\u00f3n de 41.8% respecto del mismo periodo del a\u00f1o anterior. El monto otorgado fue de 131,800 mdp, lo cual representa una ca\u00edda de 6.3% anual.<\/p>\n<p>En tanto, el <strong>Fondo de la Vivienda del ISSSTE<\/strong> (<strong>Fovissste<\/strong>) coloc\u00f3 un total de 18,300 cr\u00e9ditos por un monto de 16.2 mdp, con variaciones anuales de 13.8% y 24.2%, respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Otros organismos<\/strong> que participan en el mercado de hipotecario y para la vivienda contribuyeron con 101,200 cr\u00e9ditos otorgados en el 1S2024, lo que representa un monto de 5,100 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p>De esta manera, durante el 1S2024, el <strong>Infonavit<\/strong> tuvo la mayor participaci\u00f3n en el mercado, con el 59.6% en cuanto al n\u00famero de cr\u00e9ditos otorgados, y el 39.8% en cuanto al monto total de estos financiamientos.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>banca<\/strong>, por su parte, tuvo una participaci\u00f3n del 13.2% en el n\u00famero de cr\u00e9ditos, y, en t\u00e9rminos de monto, acumul\u00f3 el 51.8% del total; mientras que el <strong>Fovissste<\/strong>, en t\u00e9rminos de cr\u00e9ditos otorgados, acumul\u00f3 una participaci\u00f3n de 4.2%, y de 6.4% en el monto.<\/p>\n<a
