Construyendo y Creciendo celebra 18 a\u00f1os otorgando educaci\u00f3n a los trabajadores de la construcci\u00f3n en su desarrollo personal y profesional.<\/em><\/p>\n

Fundaci\u00f3n Construyendo y Creciendo nace del objetivo de ofrecer educaci\u00f3n formal de calidad a los trabajadores de la construcci\u00f3n<\/strong>, incentiv\u00e1ndolos a concluir su educaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica y media superior<\/strong>, en aras de alcanzar desarrollo personal, social y econ\u00f3mico<\/strong> que les brinde mayores oportunidades a ellos, a sus familias y a nuestro pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

En 2006 Jos\u00e9 Shabot Cherem<\/strong> se percata que muchos de los trabajadores de la construcci\u00f3n<\/a> no sab\u00edan leer ni escribir<\/strong>, por lo que comenz\u00f3 a darles clases en su mismo lugar de trabajo con el prop\u00f3sito de que el aprendizaje les permita obtener una mejor calidad de vida.<\/p>\n

Construyendo y Creciendo tiene 3 ejes principales<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

Educaci\u00f3n Permanente<\/strong>:
\n-Alfabetizaci\u00f3n
\n-Primaria
\n-Secundaria
\n-Medio Superior<\/p>\n

Educaci\u00f3n para la empleabilidad<\/strong>:
\n-Tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n y la comunicaci\u00f3n
\n-Capacitaci\u00f3n laboral y oficios
\n-Habilidades blandas
\n-Salud financiera<\/p>\n

Educaci\u00f3n para la salud:<\/strong>
\n-Salud integral
\n-Crianza positiva
\n-Cultura de paz y prevenci\u00f3n de violencia
\n-Prevenci\u00f3n de enfermedades
\n-Prevenci\u00f3n de adicciones<\/p>\n

Por ello, ha instalado 226 aulas de estudio en 25 estados de la Rep\u00fablica<\/strong>, de la mano de aproximadamente 150 empresas desarrolladoras y constructoras<\/strong>. Asimismo, han atendido a<\/strong> 4,496 estudiantes, otorgado 8,403 servicios y concluido 4,546.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cabe destacar que las aulas<\/a> son habilitadas dentro de las \u00e1reas de construcci\u00f3n<\/strong> facilitando su asistencia, cuentan con servicios de internet, computadoras y todos los insumos<\/strong> necesarios para las actividades de aprendizaje. Adem\u00e1s, los estudiantes concluyen niveles como alfabetizaci\u00f3n, primaria o secundaria<\/strong> en periodos de 4 a 6 meses<\/strong> aproximadamente.<\/p>\n

De esta forma, Construyendo y Creciendo ha beneficiado a m\u00e1s de 30 mil trabajadores<\/strong>, quienes han materializado su sue\u00f1o de aprender a leer y escribir,<\/strong> o bien obtener el certificado<\/strong> que avala sus conocimientos, lo que les permite mejorar su calidad de vida<\/strong> y de sus familias, as\u00ed como tener un mejor desarrollo humano y profesional.<\/strong><\/p>\n\"\"\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
