{"id":150908,"date":"2024-10-01T10:00:20","date_gmt":"2024-10-01T16:00:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?p=150908"},"modified":"2024-10-03T10:10:22","modified_gmt":"2024-10-03T16:10:22","slug":"bim-cumple-11-anos-otorgando-financiamientos-de-vivienda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/bim-cumple-11-anos-otorgando-financiamientos-de-vivienda\/","title":{"rendered":"BIM cumple 11 a\u00f1os otorgando financiamientos de vivienda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El Banco Inmobiliario Mexicano (BIM) celebra 11 a\u00f1os financiando la construcci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 130,993 viviendas a nivel nacional a trav\u00e9s de 2,828 proyectos.<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>BIM, es una instituci\u00f3n de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bim.mx\/\">Banca M\u00faltiple<\/a> especializada en otorgar financiamiento para la <strong>edificaci\u00f3n, desarrollo y mantenimiento<\/strong> de la industria inmobiliaria de M\u00e9xico, ofreciendo a sus clientes todas las herramientas necesarias para su crecimiento.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El banco comenz\u00f3 como la Fundaci\u00f3n de Apoyo Integral Inmobiliario en 2009 y con el tiempo adquiri\u00f3 la Casa Mexicana SOFOM, un a\u00f1o m\u00e1s tarde la <strong>Comisi\u00f3n Bancaria Nacional y de Valores<\/strong> autoriz\u00f3 a la entidad para convertirse en un banco.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Actualmente, BIM es uno las de seis Instituciones Bancarias que m\u00e1s fideicomisos otorgan para la <strong>construcci\u00f3n de vivienda en M\u00e9xico<\/strong>, con m\u00e1s de 46 mil 500 <strong>viviendas financiadas<\/strong> en los \u00faltimos cinco a\u00f1os, teniendo una inversi\u00f3n superior a 5 mil 400 millones de pesos y un crecimiento del 25% en nuevos fideicomisos.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La agencia <strong>HR Ratings<\/strong> dio a conocer que se elev\u00f3 la calificaci\u00f3n otorgada al Banco Inmobiliario Mexicano, para pasar de<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/hr-ratings-calificacion-bim\/\"> HR BBB a HR BBB+<\/a>; de igual manera se modific\u00f3 la perspectiva de Positiva a Estable y ratific\u00f3 la calificaci\u00f3n HR3 del banco.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, la agencia indic\u00f3 que el alza de la calificaci\u00f3n para BIM se basa en su adecuada evoluci\u00f3n financiera, el fortalecimiento de la posici\u00f3n de solvencia, la calidad de activos y la generaci\u00f3n de ingresos.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>El crecimiento de BIM<\/strong><\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Rodrigo Padilla Quiroz<\/strong>, director general de BIM, asegur\u00f3 que, durante el a\u00f1o pasado, el banco present\u00f3 un crecimiento anual del 14%, cifra que represent\u00f3 el mayor nivel alcanzado desde su fundaci\u00f3n.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Del mismo modo, el especialista sostuvo que el <strong>crecimiento de BIM<\/strong> cuenta con un buen ritmo, ya que han notado aumentos como en la utilidad del 14%, el cr\u00e9dito 17%, la captaci\u00f3n 29% y el fiduciario 34%.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En materia de cr\u00e9dito, BIM alcanz\u00f3 una cartera de 9,876 mdp, lo cual representa un <strong>incremento<\/strong> del 17.3 por ciento.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, Rodrigo Padilla Quiroz, director general de BIM afirm\u00f3 que en lo que resta del 2024, el banco trabajar\u00e1 en la creaci\u00f3n de diversos productos para aumentar su diversificaci\u00f3n. Uno de ellos, es el <strong>cr\u00e9dito hipotecario<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s del lanzamiento de Cadenas Productivas, mejoras en la velocidad de disposici\u00f3n de cr\u00e9ditos comerciales, entre
