Gonz\u00e1lez Tejera, destac\u00f3 la tendencia positiva de los resultados, evidencia de los \u00faltimos trimestres de 2014, as\u00ed como la evoluci\u00f3n favorable de los indicadores que miden la actividad hotelera.<\/p>\n<p>Un incremento estimado de RevPAR para 2014 por encima del 3%, la puesta en marcha de una nueva estructura de precios, el reposicionamiento de 31 hoteles, la salida de 30 hoteles no estrat\u00e9gicos, la renegociaci\u00f3n de contratos y el crecimiento del 25% en el n\u00famero de socios del programa de fidelizaci\u00f3n, NH Rewards, son algunos de los hitos alcanzados el a\u00f1o anterior.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el Grupo pasa de 2 a 21 hoteles (2,379 habitaciones) en Colombia, Chile y Ecuador, incorporando una cartera de hoteles con significativo encaje estrat\u00e9gico y adelantando as\u00ed el cumplimiento de los objetivos de su plan de desarrollo en el continente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
