Con el paso de los a\u00f1os, se identific\u00f3 que este se caracteriza por ser m\u00e1s lento en automatizar sus procesos y adoptar nuevas herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas, a diferencia de otras industrias productivas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De este escenario surgen las Proptech. Imag\u00ednate a las empresas tech incorpor\u00e1ndose a la industria del ladrillo y concreto. Las Proptech son startups que usan tecnolog\u00eda para cambiar c\u00f3mo se compran, venden o alquilan propiedades. Existen diferentes tipos de Proptech, que ayudan con tecnolog\u00eda a los diferentes actores en el Mercado Inmobiliario.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las Proptech llegaron para quedarse. Estas empresas usan inteligencia artificial, big data, realidad virtual, y otras tecnolog\u00edas para hacer m\u00e1s eficiente el proceso de comprar o vender una casa, as\u00ed como de desarrollar proyectos inmobiliarios. Ya no es solo el agente el que se involucra en el proceso, ahora es toda una experiencia digital. Desde tour virtuales hasta algoritmos que predicen el precio ideal de una propiedad, las Proptech est\u00e1n revolucionando el juego inmobiliario.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Ya no existen corazonadas, los datos son el rey<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Olv\u00eddate de las corazonadas sobre el valor de una casa. As\u00ed como en el p\u00f3quer los ases son las barajas m\u00e1s cotizadas, en la industria inmobiliaria hoy los datos son los insumos que te permiten ganar la partida. Ahora, los datos son el rey. Esto permite que las decisiones sean m\u00e1s precisas. Ayudan a los inversionistas a saber cu\u00e1ndo comprar, d\u00f3nde invertir y c\u00f3mo maximizar el retorno.
