De tal modo que este fen\u00f3meno podr\u00eda impulsar a que M\u00e9xico capte entre <strong>80,000<\/strong>\u00a0(mdd) en<strong> Inversi\u00f3n Extranjera Directa<\/strong> (IED) durante este 2024<\/p>\n<p>En entrevista, Francisco Tijerina, director de desarrollo de negocios para <a href=\"https:\/\/escala.com.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Escala<\/a>, record\u00f3 que 2023 fue un a\u00f1o en el que se rompieron r\u00e9cords en cifras de Inversi\u00f3n Extranjera Directa (IED) y en metros cuadrados (m\u00b2) destinados al mercado.<\/p>\n<p>El especialista indic\u00f3 que las naves industriales presentaron un<strong> incremento hist\u00f3rico en su portafolio<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de la marcada<strong> llegada y expansi\u00f3n de casi 500 empresas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cEn 2023 se generaron cifras r\u00e9cords que llegaron a los 36,058 millones de d\u00f3lares (mdd) en\u00a0la IED y 5.6 millones de m\u00b2, haciendo de esto naves promedio de 13,500 m\u00b2 cada una, ya que se tiene un conocimiento de que en 2023 se absorbieron alrededor de 413 naves industriales (\u2026) (de ellas) aproximadamente 205, 207 fueron nuevas y el otro 50% ser\u00edan de expansiones\u201d, coment\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Acerca del panorama del nearshoring durante el inicio de este a\u00f1o, Tijerina resalt\u00f3 que,<strong> al cierre de mayo, M\u00e9xico logr\u00f3 captar 39,175 mdd en IED<\/strong> mediante 127 anuncios de inversi\u00f3n. Es decir, durante los primeros cinco meses del 2024, <strong>el pa\u00eds ya super\u00f3 lo recaudado durante todo 2023<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cDe los 36.058 mdp que logramos captar como pa\u00eds, te puedo decir que en el primer trimestre se captaron 20,313 millones de d\u00f3lares (\u2026) al cierre de mayo, en los primeros 5 meses llevamos 39,157 mdd\u00a0en captaci\u00f3n y aqu\u00ed van aproximadamente 127 anuncios de inversi\u00f3n, entonces vamos muy bien, vamos encarrerados\u201d, detall\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Por otro lado, el director de desarrollo de negocios para Escala coment\u00f3 que en el \u00faltimo y medio se tiene contemplada una inversi\u00f3n aproximada por 150,000 mdd, por lo que el <strong>nearshoring a\u00fan generar\u00eda una derrama de alrededor de 80,000 mdd en este 2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cSe han identificado, en este \u00faltimo a\u00f1o y medio, 505 anuncios de inversi\u00f3n por m\u00e1s de 150,000 mdd. Entonces, 36,058 mdd (en 2023),\u00a0llevamos casi 40,000 millones (en 2024), significa que nos restan todav\u00eda por recibir entre 70,000 y 80,000 mdd\u00a0este a\u00f1o\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>En ese sentido, Tijerina indic\u00f3 que, para poder atender la demanda de espacios industriales de esta inversi\u00f3n, M\u00e9xico necesitar\u00e1<strong> construir un promedio de una nave de 8,333 m\u00b2 al d\u00eda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cSe tienen que hacer m\u00e1s de 15 millones de m\u00b2 en naves industriales, lo cual significa que se tiene que hacer una nave de 8,333 m\u00b2 diaria para darle cabida a toda esta inversi\u00f3n en los siguientes cinco a\u00f1os\u201d, coment\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Finalmente, el especialista estim\u00f3 que, para 2030, la <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?s=nearshoring\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">relocalizaci\u00f3n de empresas<\/a> propiciar\u00e1 la
