Sin embargo, el pa\u00eds debe trabajar en diferentes aspectos que significan un <strong>reto para el nearshoring<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, Oscar Granados, analista de mercados de <a href=\"https:\/\/newmark.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Newmark<\/a>, coincidi\u00f3 en la idea de que <strong>M\u00e9xico cuenta con \u201cciertas limitaciones\u201d<\/strong> para el aprovechamiento del nearshoring en el futuro pr\u00f3ximo. Granados coloc\u00f3 la <strong>planificaci\u00f3n del desarrollo industrial<\/strong> como uno de los principales retos.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cLas principales condicionantes para el desarrollo industrial est\u00e1n relacionados principalmente a la poca o nula planificaci\u00f3n del desarrollo industrial\u201d, coment\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Aunado a ello, el especialista sum\u00f3 la baja<strong> inversi\u00f3n en infraestructura <\/strong>a la falta de planificaci\u00f3n. Situaci\u00f3n que, indic\u00f3, es <strong>necesario impulsar en el mediano plazo<\/strong> para poder captar la mayor relocalizaci\u00f3n de empresas posible.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cUna insuficiente inversi\u00f3n nacional en infraestructura que es tangible en la falta de energ\u00eda para el desarrollo y operaci\u00f3n de nuevos parques en la mayor\u00eda de los mercados industriales del pa\u00eds. Por lo que el aprovechamiento completo de este fen\u00f3meno global tendr\u00eda que tomar lugar en el mediano o largo plazo\u201d, platic\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Por otro lado, Oscar Granados record\u00f3 que, anteriormente, Claudia Sheinbaum, presidenta electa de M\u00e9xico, coment\u00f3 que el pr\u00f3ximo <strong>Gobierno Federal impulsar\u00e1 la construcci\u00f3n de parques industriales<\/strong> en el pa\u00eds. No obstante, el especialista resalt\u00f3 que, para la instalaci\u00f3n de estos espacios, ser\u00e1 de suma importancia <strong>una planeaci\u00f3n que contemple el territorio y los servicios b\u00e1sicos de la zona<\/strong>, entre otros aspectos.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cDe acuerdo con las declaraciones de Claudia Sheinbaum, presidenta electa; durante el siguiente sexenio se buscar\u00e1 potenciar el fen\u00f3meno del nearshoring mediante la creaci\u00f3n de hasta 100 nuevos parques industriales en 12 polos de desarrollo a nivel nacional; un reto que requiere de una planeaci\u00f3n integral que considere al ordenamiento territorial, la gesti\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica y la eficiencia gubernamental.
