Durante el a\u00f1o pasado,\u00a0<strong>la viviendera certific\u00f3 3,624 viviendas EDGE<\/strong>, de ellas 480 con EDGE Advanced.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con la desarrolladora, el total de viviendas certificadas representa <strong>ahorros anuales de 9,467 toneladas de di\u00f3xido de carbono\u00a0<\/strong>(CO2), lo que equivale a 431,000 \u00e1rboles, y a\u00a0<strong>755,000 metros c\u00fabicos\u00a0<\/strong>(m\u00b3)<strong>\u00a0de agua<\/strong>, equivalente a 302 albercas ol\u00edmpicas.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, Ren\u00e9 Jaime Mungarro, director general de Vinte, resalt\u00f3 que, con la nueva cifra de inmuebles certificados, la viviendera contin\u00faa siendo l\u00edder en el tema. Adem\u00e1s, la empresa mexicana\u00a0<strong>busca alcanzar las 25,000 casas con certificaci\u00f3n sustentable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cCon estos alcances, Vinte contin\u00faa siendo el desarrollador l\u00edder a nivel global con viviendas EDGE e incrementa su compromiso para llegar a 25,000 casas para el 2030, superando el objetivo previo de 19,518 viviendas con esta certificaci\u00f3n\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Sustentabilidad, eje clave en Vinte<\/h2>\n<p>A lo largo de estas dos d\u00e9cadas de vida,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?s=vinte\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vinte<\/a>\u00a0ha construido\u00a0<strong>52,000 viviendas<\/strong>, de las cuales 1<strong>3,627<\/strong><strong>\u00a0cuentan con certificaci\u00f3n EDGE<\/strong>. Cabe recordar que en 2022 la empresa logr\u00f3 la certificaci\u00f3n para <strong>3,985 unidades m\u00e1s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Aunado a lo anterior, la viviendera se posicion\u00f3 en el panorama nacional como una de las empresas pioneras en impulsar el tema sustentable en la industria de la vivienda. En <strong>2012<\/strong> la empresa consigui\u00f3 por\u00a0<strong>primera vez<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>una certificaci\u00f3n EDGE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La desarrolladora ha sido punta de lanza en innovaci\u00f3n en temas de sustentabilidad. Por ejemplo, en 2018, la compa\u00f1\u00eda lanz\u00f3 el modelo de vivienda <strong>Casa H\u00edbrida Cero Gas<\/strong>, con la cual introdujo al mercado un prototipo que permite a las familias sustituir el uso de gas por electricidad, y con ello reducir costos en este servicio.<\/p>\n<p>De modo que <strong>Vinte\u00a0continuar\u00e1 su labor en las acciones sostenibles<\/strong> mencionadas, al tiempo que\u00a0<strong>buscar\u00e1 impulsar su crecimiento<\/strong>, con el objetivo de continuar con la contribuci\u00f3n al medio ambiente, que tambi\u00e9n favorece a los
