Sus casas y departamentos en venta est\u00e1n equipados con <strong>ecotecn\u00edas<\/strong> que permiten un gran ahorro de luz, agua y gas.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Vinte, opera en el <strong>Estado de M\u00e9xico, Quer\u00e9taro, Hidalgo, Quintana Roo, Puebla y Nuevo Le\u00f3n.<\/strong> La<br \/>\nempresa mexicana ha decidido concentrar sus operaciones en dichas entidades debido a que, en conjunto, representan el 42.9% del<strong> Producto Interno Bruto (PIB)<\/strong> del pa\u00eds.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Por ello, ha trabajado en la construcci\u00f3n de un total de <strong>14 desarrollos<\/strong> en estas entidades. href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/vinte-disitintivo-esr\/\"><strong>distintivo ESR<\/strong><\/a> por 5\u00b0 a\u00f1o consecutivo, el cual acredita de manera anual a las empresas <strong>4,300 millones de pesos<\/strong> para poder adquirir el total de las acciones de <strong>Javer<\/strong> por medio de un comunicado estableci\u00f3 una <strong>Oferta <\/strong><strong>P\u00fablica de Adquisici\u00f3n (OPA)<\/strong> para comprar hasta el <strong>100% de las acciones<\/strong>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>De modo que, al contar con los fondos necesarios, la compa\u00f1\u00eda espera la aprobaci\u00f3n de la operaci\u00f3n por parte de la <strong>Asamblea de Accionistas<\/strong> de Vinte y a las autorizaciones de la <strong>Comisi\u00f3n Federal de <\/strong><strong>Competencia Econ\u00f3mica (Cofece) y de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional Bancaria y de Valores (CNBV).<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, de este proyecto, a trav\u00e9s de sus redes sociales,<strong> Sergio Leal Aguirre<\/strong>, presidente ejecutivo de Vinte, indic\u00f3 que el Gobierno del Estado de M\u00e9xico (GEM) le entreg\u00f3 a la viviendera una autorizaci\u00f3n para la <strong>construcci\u00f3n de 200 viviendas.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Esta acci\u00f3n forma parte de las <strong>176 autorizaciones<\/strong> para la<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/vinte-construccion-vivienda\/\"> construcci\u00f3n de conjuntos urbanos y condominios<\/a> que la actual administraci\u00f3n del estado ha
