{"id":149029,"date":"2024-06-28T18:01:22","date_gmt":"2024-06-29T00:01:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?p=149029"},"modified":"2024-06-28T18:31:54","modified_gmt":"2024-06-29T00:31:54","slug":"hr-ratings-calificacion-bim","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/hr-ratings-calificacion-bim\/","title":{"rendered":"HR Ratings sube calificaci\u00f3n de BIM, pasa de HR BBB a HR BBB+"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>\u201cEl alza de la calificaci\u00f3n para BIM se basa en su evoluci\u00f3n financiera, el fortalecimiento de la posici\u00f3n de solvencia y la calidad de activos\u201d<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La agencia <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/hr-ratings-calificacion-vinte\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>HR Ratings<\/strong><\/a> anunci\u00f3 que se elev\u00f3 la calificaci\u00f3n otorgada al <strong>Banco Inmobiliario Mexicano<\/strong> (<strong>BIM<\/strong>), para pasar de HR BBB a HR BBB+; y, de igual manera, se modific\u00f3 la <strong>perspectiva de Positiva a Estable<\/strong>, y se ratific\u00f3 la calificaci\u00f3n HR3 del banco.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, la agencia indic\u00f3 que el <strong>alza de la calificaci\u00f3n para<\/strong> <strong>BIM<\/strong> se basa en su adecuada evoluci\u00f3n financiera, el fortalecimiento de la posici\u00f3n de solvencia, la calidad de activos y la generaci\u00f3n de ingresos.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, destac\u00f3 que el <strong>BIM<\/strong> report\u00f3 un <strong>\u00edndice de capitalizaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sico y neto<\/strong> de 13.3% y 15.9% al cierre del primer trimestre del 2024 (1T2024); mientras que la <strong>calidad de activos<\/strong> present\u00f3 una mejora respecto al 1T2023, al cerrar con un \u00edndice de morosidad y morosidad ajustado de 3.8% ambos indicadores.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo<strong>, HR Ratings<\/strong> se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el Banco muestra una <strong>generaci\u00f3n de ingresos positiva<\/strong>, impulsada por el crecimiento de sus operaciones de cr\u00e9dito, lo que increment\u00f3 sus m\u00e1rgenes financieros. En l\u00ednea con lo anterior, el <strong>ROA Promedio<\/strong> cerr\u00f3 el 1T2024 en niveles moderados, con 1.4 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, la agencia resalt\u00f3 que el <strong>BIM<\/strong> obtuvo una calificaci\u00f3n Promedio en los factores <strong>Ambientales, Sociales y de Gobierno Corporativo<\/strong> (<strong>ESG<\/strong>), al presentar una modificaci\u00f3n de etiqueta en Transparencia e Historial de Cumplimiento de Limitado a Promedio.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, <strong>Rodrigo Padilla, director general del BIM<\/strong>, dijo sentirse orgulloso del alza en su calificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNuestra gran ventaja es que estamos creciendo sin sacrificar nuestra esencia. Hasta hoy, no es una opci\u00f3n compararnos con pares, y, con esa fortaleza \u00fanica, queremos seguir funcionando como un banco al cual llamen o lleguen los clientes y a los que atendamos personalmente, abonando, claro est\u00e1, a nuestra calidad de servicio con las ventajas que nos da la tecnolog\u00eda y la innovaci\u00f3n permanente del banco\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAhora, nuestra posici\u00f3n como banco comprometido con M\u00e9xico est\u00e1 calificada y evidente en todos los sentidos.
