{"id":148854,"date":"2024-06-20T15:45:21","date_gmt":"2024-06-20T21:45:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?p=148854"},"modified":"2024-06-20T15:45:21","modified_gmt":"2024-06-20T21:45:21","slug":"subcuenta-de-vivienda-como-la-uso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/subcuenta-de-vivienda-como-la-uso\/","title":{"rendered":"Subcuenta de Vivienda, \u00bfc\u00f3mo la uso?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Los trabajadores pueden utilizar la Subcuenta de Vivienda como aportaci\u00f3n parcial de un cr\u00e9dito Infonavit o como garant\u00eda de pago de este<\/em><span id=\"more-144644\"><\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Desde que las personas inician en un empleo formal, comienzan a acumular un ahorro en el Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores (<a href=\"https:\/\/portalmx.infonavit.org.mx\/wps\/portal\/infonavitmx\/mx2\/derechohabientes\/!ut\/p\/z1\/hY-9DoJAEISfxYKWXX6Ew-4iiQoJgQbwGgMGDxLgCJzy-l6UxkR0ut35ZjcDDHJgffFoeCEb0Retms_MuTgHxOPeNiKSEopJ5EVm6FhmQF3I_gFM2bgiiirPXsjqBWcBPM-3jZCgGRsRYpImhn_yXdyivQA_ngTAeCvKdx_alxbhwMbqVo3VqN9Hta6lHKadhhrO86xzIXhb6VfRafgtUotJQv5JwtDl2MRdRia6eQLjCZYX\/dz\/d5\/L2dBISEvZ0FBIS9nQSEh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Infonavit<\/a>), dicho ahorro es la Subcuenta de Vivienda, el cual tiene el objetivo de ser un fondo para el retiro, sin embargo, puede tener otros usos.<\/p>\n<p>Cada bimestre, los empleadores formales est\u00e1n obligados a aportar el 5% del salario diario integrado de todos los trabajadores a la Subcuenta de Vivienda, cuenta que maneja el Infonavit. De acuerdo con la Ley del Instituto, el manejo de este dinero debe generar ganancias, as\u00ed los empleados conseguir\u00e1n un mayor ahorro para el final de su vida laboral.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, los derechohabientes pueden realizar aportaciones extraordinarias a la cuenta para incrementar el ahorro. Los trabajadores pueden hacer este proceso en l\u00ednea desde <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/vivienda\/tramites-mi-cuenta-infonavit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mi Cuenta Infonavit<\/a>; en la plataforma, los derechohabientes podr\u00e1n generar una ficha de pago para hacer el dep\u00f3sito a su Subcuenta de Vivienda. Los afiliados pueden hacer\u00a0 aportaciones m\u00e1s de una vez al mes, pero no deben rebasar el l\u00edmite permitido: el 5% de 25 Salarios M\u00ednimos Mensuales; es decir, $5,384 pesos.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfC\u00f3mo funciona la Subcuenta de Vivienda?<\/h2>\n<p>Como ya se mencion\u00f3, el principal uso de la Subcuenta de Vivienda es ser una aportaci\u00f3n para la jubilaci\u00f3n, no obstante, el ahorro puede ser utilizado para obtener un cr\u00e9dito Infonavit, dependiendo del producto que elija. Por ejemplo, en las modalidades Cr\u00e9dito Infonavit, Cofinavit, Infonavit Total, el Instituto utiliza todo el fondo de la Subcuenta como pago parcial del financiamiento, de esta forma el trabajador aumentar\u00e1 su capacidad de compra.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras que, en los financiamientos Apoyo Infonavit y Mejoravit, el total del fondo queda como garant\u00eda de pago, por lo que, al liquidar el cr\u00e9dito, el Instituto liberar\u00e1 el, as\u00ed podr\u00e1 ser utilizarlo de nueva cuenta, en caso de que necesitar otra hipoteca.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los
