{"id":148826,"date":"2024-06-19T09:00:10","date_gmt":"2024-06-19T15:00:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?p=148826"},"modified":"2024-06-18T21:42:05","modified_gmt":"2024-06-19T03:42:05","slug":"reformas-vivienda-accesible","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/reformas-vivienda-accesible\/","title":{"rendered":"Entran en vigor reformas en materia de vivienda accesible"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>La reforma a la Ley de Vivienda busca garantizar la seguridad estructural, la accesibilidad, y la adecuaci\u00f3n al clima<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El pasado s\u00e1bado 15 de junio, entraron en vigor las reformas a la <strong>Ley de Vivienda<\/strong>, a la <strong>Ley de los Derechos de las Personas Adultas Mayores<\/strong> y a la <strong>Ley General para la Inclusi\u00f3n de las Personas con Discapacidad<\/strong>, en materia de vivienda accesible e inclusiva.<\/p>\n<p>Con respecto a la <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/diputados-vivienda-adecuada-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Ley de Vivienda<\/strong><\/a>, los principales cambios establecen que la <strong>Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Vivienda<\/strong> (<strong>Conavi<\/strong>) deber\u00e1 generar v\u00ednculos institucionales y convenios de asistencia t\u00e9cnica. Esto con el fin de ofrecer calidad de vida a los ocupantes de las viviendas.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, la <strong>Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y Urbano<\/strong> (<strong>Sedatu<\/strong>), en coordinaci\u00f3n con las autoridades competentes, deber\u00e1 asegurar que las viviendas cuenten con espacios habitables y auxiliares suficientes, as\u00ed como servicios de agua potable, desalojo de aguas residuales y energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica.<\/p>\n<p>Lo anterior con el objetivo de garantizar la <strong>seguridad estructural<\/strong>, la <strong>accesibilidad<\/strong>, y la <strong>adecuaci\u00f3n al clima<\/strong> con criterios de sustentabilidad, eficiencia energ\u00e9tica y prevenci\u00f3n de desastres.<\/p>\n<p>Adicionalmente, la reforma indica que los <strong>modelos normativos<\/strong> y <strong>prototipos constructivos <\/strong>deber\u00e1n facilitar la accesibilidad, eficiencia de los sistemas funcionales y respetar los recursos naturales y las modalidades habitacionales en diferentes zonas del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, en el caso de la <strong>Ley de los Derechos de las Personas Adultas Mayores<\/strong>, la reforma tiene el prop\u00f3sito de garantizar que las personas adultas mayores puedan ser sujetas de cr\u00e9ditos accesibles para adquirir, remodelar o adaptar una vivienda propia.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, los cambios a la <strong>Ley General para la Inclusi\u00f3n de las Personas con Discapacidad<\/strong> buscan reconocer el derecho de las personas con discapacidad a una vivienda digna; y establecen que los programas deben incluir proyectos arquitect\u00f3nicos accesibles.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se\u00f1ala que las instituciones p\u00fablicas de vivienda deber\u00e1n otorgar facilidades para acceder a cr\u00e9ditos o subsidios para la adquisici\u00f3n, redenci\u00f3n de pasivos y remodelaci\u00f3n o adaptaci\u00f3n de
