{"id":14878,"date":"2015-01-30T12:37:37","date_gmt":"2015-01-30T18:37:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=14878"},"modified":"2015-01-30T12:37:37","modified_gmt":"2015-01-30T18:37:37","slug":"planea-vinte-un-15-en-ingresos-para-2015","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/planea-vinte-un-15-en-ingresos-para-2015\/","title":{"rendered":"Planea Vinte un 15% en ingresos para 2015"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Por la perspectiva de una alta demanda de vivienda media en el pa\u00eds<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Contemplando una alta demanda de vivienda media en M\u00e9xico, Grupo Vinte, desarrolladora de vivienda planea un crecimiento de 15% en ingresos, flujo operativo (EBITDA) para este 2015.<\/p>\n<p>El director general de Vinte, Sergio Leal Aguirre, indica que ven un panorama positivo en cuesti\u00f3n de las medidas de los productos hipotecarios que el gobierno federal anuncio, tambi\u00e9n sobre el apoyo de la banca comercial hac\u00eda las metas de financiamiento individual.<\/p>\n<p>Leal Aguirre tambi\u00e9n dijo que el producto cofinanciado Infonavit-Fovissste alentar\u00e1 sus ventas ya que el beneficio se dar\u00e1 entre los derechohabientes de un poder adquisitivo medio, que es un\u00a0 mercado en que se especializa la desarrolladora.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a8Con lo que ven\u00edamos platicando con inversionistas, este a\u00f1o vamos por un 15% vertical, un 15% en EBITDA, 10% de crecimiento en utilidades y 15% en volumen\u00a8, inform\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Entre los objetivos de Grupo Vinte, este a\u00f1o busca ingresar al mercado de Puebla y consolidar la operaci\u00f3n en Quintana Roo que trabajan en sociedad con Obrasc\u00f3n Hurate Lain (OHL) donde esperan construir el quinto edifico en el desarrollo de Mayakob\u00e1.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
