{"id":148433,"date":"2024-05-28T16:16:11","date_gmt":"2024-05-28T22:16:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?p=148433"},"modified":"2024-05-28T16:16:11","modified_gmt":"2024-05-28T22:16:11","slug":"nearshoring-segmento-agro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/nearshoring-segmento-agro\/","title":{"rendered":"Nearshoring tambi\u00e9n beneficiar\u00e1 al segmento agro: Santander"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Debido al impulso que podr\u00eda representar el nearshoring, Santander invertir\u00e1 3,000 mdp para impulsar pymes del segmento agro<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El\u00a0<strong>nearshoring<\/strong>\u00a0ha representado ser un fen\u00f3meno que ha impulsado el\u00a0<strong>crecimiento de diversas industrias<\/strong>; as\u00ed como ha impulsado a M\u00e9xico como el primer exportador hacia Estados Unidos (EU).<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con datos de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.santander.com.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Santander<\/a>, durante el primer trimestre del 2024 (1T24), las <strong>exportaciones de M\u00e9xico hacia EU crecieron 4.4%<\/strong><strong>,<\/strong> en comparaci\u00f3n con el mismo periodo del 2023.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a los sectores, la industria se ha visto mayormente beneficiada por el nearshoring. En este caso, en los \u00faltimos tres a\u00f1os, la <strong>construcci\u00f3n de parques industriales ha incrementado 69%<\/strong>; adem\u00e1s de que actualmente se est\u00e1n construyendo 50 parques.<\/p>\n<p>No obstante, Santander indic\u00f3 que existen m\u00e1s sectores que podr\u00edan beneficiarse del nearshoring como el segmento agropecuario (agro). Rodolfo Hern\u00e1ndez Sada, director ejecutivo de Negocio Internacional\u00a0y Agronegocios Santander M\u00e9xico, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que M\u00e9xico es el tercer proveedor de las importaciones agr\u00edcolas a EU con <strong>hortalizas, frutas, vegetales y bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de que, durante el 1T23, el <strong>sector agro represent\u00f3 el 3.4% del PIB nacional<\/strong> y durante el 4T23 contrat\u00f3 al 11.8% de la poblaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3micamente activa en el pa\u00eds. Hern\u00e1ndez Sada indic\u00f3 que M\u00e9xico cuenta con diversos atractivos como su ubicaci\u00f3n cercana con EU, mano de obra y gastos de operaci\u00f3n baratos.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cEU es el mayor productor agr\u00edcola del mundo, pero sus importaciones ya han superado a sus exportaciones; la oportunidad se origina por la fortaleza de M\u00e9xico en el comercio del Agro con EU, as\u00ed como por la disponibilidad de territorio y los competitivos costos de mano de obra y de transporte, que hacen atractivo a las empresas multinacionales invertir en nuestro pa\u00eds, sea directamente o v\u00eda asociaciones con productores mexicanos establecidos, para exportar su producci\u00f3n a la Uni\u00f3n Americana\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Santander impulsa el nearshoring en el sector agro<\/h2>\n<p>Debido al potencial que Santander M\u00e9xico estima para el sector agro, destinar\u00e1 <strong>3<\/strong><strong>,000<\/strong><strong> mdp<\/strong> para apoyar a las peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas (pymes) que realicen o se encuentren <strong>relacionadas con las exportaciones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>De esta forma el banco espera atraer a al menos <strong>300 empresas multinacionales<\/strong> de cualquier naturaleza y al menos 50% de la <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?s=nearshoring\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">relocalizaci\u00f3n de empresas<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Hern\u00e1ndez Sada resalt\u00f3 que, desde Santander, contemplan diversos beneficios del crecimiento del sector agr\u00edcola en el nearshoring como el <strong>incremento del empleo y con mejores condiciones<\/strong>; <strong>disminuyendo as\u00ed la migraci\u00f3n<\/strong> hacia los EU. La <strong>generaci\u00f3n de riqueza en regiones<\/strong> como el entro, sur y sureste de M\u00e9xico, los cuales, debido a sus caracter\u00edsticas, pueden contener mayor superficie para
