{"id":148173,"date":"2024-05-17T13:00:36","date_gmt":"2024-05-17T19:00:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?p=148173"},"modified":"2024-05-17T13:00:36","modified_gmt":"2024-05-17T19:00:36","slug":"vinte-reconocimiento","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/vinte-reconocimiento\/","title":{"rendered":"Vinte: bono sustentable es reconocido por los Sustainable Debt Awards 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Vinte 23X SDG es el quinto bono sustentable y el onceavo bono que Vinte ha emitido en los \u00faltimos 12 a\u00f1os\u00a0<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Vinte, desarrolladora de vivienda, anunci\u00f3 que su bono sustentable <strong>Vinte 23X SDG<\/strong> fue reconocido por los <strong>Sustainable Debt Awards 2024<\/strong> dentro de la categor\u00eda \u2018Social Project Bond of the Year\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Estos premios reconocen y celebran los principales acuerdos de bonos y pr\u00e9stamos verdes, sociales, sostenibles y vinculados a la sostenibilidad, as\u00ed como las innovaciones del mercado.<\/p>\n<p>Anteriormente el galard\u00f3n era conocido como<strong> Environmental Finance\u00a0Bond Awards<\/strong>, no obstante, fueron renombrados debido a su expansi\u00f3n de acuerdos de pr\u00e9stamos y <strong>bonos verdes, sociales, sustentables<\/strong> y vinculados a la sostenibilidad (GSSS); adem\u00e1s que este a\u00f1o cuenta con nuevas categor\u00edas para expandir su reconocimiento.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe mencionar que Sustainable Debt Awards 2024 son organizados por <a href=\"https:\/\/www.environmental-finance.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Environmental-Finance.com<\/a>, servicio de an\u00e1lisis y noticias en l\u00ednea sobre inversiones sostenibles, <strong>finanzas verdes<\/strong> y las personas y empresas activas en los mercados ambientales.<\/p>\n<h2>Bono sustentable VINTE 23X SDG<\/h2>\n<p>Cabe recordar que, en enero de este a\u00f1o, la viviendera emiti\u00f3 el\u00a0<strong>bono sustentable<\/strong>\u00a0(verde y social) denominado <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/vinte-bono-sustentable-biva-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vinte23X SDG<\/a>, en la Bolsa Institucional de Valores (BIVA) por de\u00a0<strong>1,500 millones de pesos<\/strong>\u00a0(mdp) a 5 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>En el momento, BIVA detall\u00f3 que el bono est\u00e1 alineado a los\u00a0<strong>est\u00e1ndares para Bonos ODS del SDG Impact\u00a0<\/strong>del Programa de Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo (PNUD). De esta forma, la emisi\u00f3n representa la apuesta por la\u00a0<strong>inversi\u00f3n de impacto internacional<\/strong>\u00a0y el impulso al modelo de negocio sustentable y social de la viviendera.<\/p>\n<p>La colocaci\u00f3n reconocida durante la conferencia Natural Capital Investment Americas 2024 es el\u00a0<strong>quinto bono sustentable y el onceavo bono que Vinte <\/strong>ha
