{"id":148147,"date":"2024-05-16T12:53:55","date_gmt":"2024-05-16T18:53:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?p=148147"},"modified":"2024-05-16T12:53:55","modified_gmt":"2024-05-16T18:53:55","slug":"infonavit-cotizarvoluntario","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/infonavit-cotizarvoluntario\/","title":{"rendered":"Infonavit: 12 millones de trabajadores pueden cotizar voluntariamente desde el extranjero"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>De los mexicanos en el extranjero, 7,298 personas est\u00e1n registradas ante el IMSS como trabajadores independientes y 609 cotizan de forma voluntaria al Infonavit<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores (<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?s=infonavit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Infonavit<\/a>) record\u00f3 que, desde el inicio de este a\u00f1o, <strong>cualquier trabajador independiente, puede cotizar<\/strong> y generar ahorro en su Subcuenta de Vivienda, <strong>a\u00fan si <\/strong><strong>no radica en M\u00e9xico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>De esta manera, los mexicanos podr\u00e1n <strong>acceder a todos los productos del Instituto<\/strong> como cr\u00e9ditos para comprar una vivienda nueva o existente, adquirir un terreno, realizar mejoras o reparaciones en su hogar, construir su vivienda, pagar una hipoteca bancaria o <strong>complementar su pensi\u00f3n al momento de su retiro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El Infonavit se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, de acuerdo con Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS),\u00a0fuera de M\u00e9xico viven m\u00e1s de <strong>12 millones de personas<\/strong>, los cuales <strong>pueden cotizar de forma voluntaria<\/strong> al Infonavit.<\/p>\n<p>De esta cifra, <strong>7,<\/strong><strong>298 personas e<\/strong><strong>st\u00e1n registrada<\/strong><strong>s ante el IMSS<\/strong> como trabajadores independientes y <strong>609 cotizan de forma voluntaria al Infonavit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0\u00bfC\u00f3mo cotizar al Infonavit?<\/h2>\n<p>Igualmente, el Infonavit se\u00f1al\u00f3 que los trabajadores mexicanos que deseen iniciar sus cotizaciones voluntarias deben seguir los siguientes pasos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ingresar a la p\u00e1gina del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (<a href=\"http:\/\/imss.gob.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http:\/\/imss.gob.mx&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1715960452272000&amp;usg=AOvVaw0Q4OVPRWx7xUMaoxsnkWQ9\">gob.mx<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li>Seleccionar el apartado Accesos Directos y seleccionar Personas Trabajadoras Independientes.<\/li>\n<li>Dar clic en Iniciar el Tr\u00e1mite e ingresar la informaci\u00f3n solicitada. Es necesario tener a la mano CURP, RFC, N\u00famero de Seguridad Social (NSS) y un correo electr\u00f3nico personal.<\/li>\n<li>Indicar cu\u00e1l es la ocupaci\u00f3n y la zona geogr\u00e1fica del domicilio de la persona o personas que ser\u00e1n sus beneficiarios en M\u00e9xico.<\/li>\n<li>Precisar el nivel de ingresos. Ya que el pago de las cuotas se calcula en funci\u00f3n del ingreso, por lo que es importante ingresar el monto real de las percepciones mensuales.<\/li>\n<li>Finalmente, al indicar los ingresos se mostrar\u00e1 en pantalla cu\u00e1nto se debe pagar por los servicios de aseguramiento ante el IMSS y el monto de aportaciones de vivienda para el
