El Infonavit es el principal otorgador de cr\u00e9ditos de vivienda de M\u00e9xico, as\u00ed como la cuarta mayor<\/em>
\nhipotecaria de Latinoam\u00e9rica.<\/em><\/p>\n

El 1 de mayo de 1972 nace el Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores (Infonavit), despu\u00e9s que la vivienda fuera reconocida como derecho de todos los mexicanos en la constituci\u00f3n de 1917, convirti\u00e9ndose en uno de los mayores logros de la Pol\u00edtica Social en M\u00e9xico, as\u00ed como el mayor pilar en el sector vivienda del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

En palabras de Carlos Mart\u00ednez Vel\u00e1zquez, director general del Instituto, el Infonavit<\/a> se fund\u00f3 con la idea de que fuera quien construyera la vivienda y luego, a trav\u00e9s del cr\u00e9dito, se pagar\u00e1 esa construcci\u00f3n, lo que en su momento era sumamente caro y el fondeo era incipiente. A partir de los 80 comienza el mandato de una hipoteca social, con una industria muy peque\u00f1a as\u00ed como pocos proyectos, sin embargo, en la d\u00e9cada de los 90, el instituto experimento el cambio m\u00e1s trascendente de la historia, creando el sistema de ahorro para el retiro y se individualizo, lo que le dio al Instituto la viabilidad financiera que actualmente tiene.<\/p>\n

\"Entregaremos<\/p>\n

A partir de la reforma a la Ley del Infonavit<\/a> de 2020, ahora las y los trabajadores cuentan con m\u00e1s opciones para ejercer su derecho a una vivienda a trav\u00e9s de la opci\u00f3n que m\u00e1s les convenga, porque entendemos que no todo se resuelve comprando una casa; tambi\u00e9n sabemos que es importante adquirir un terreno, remodelar la vivienda familiar o pagarle al banco una hipoteca para consolidar el patrimonio familiar.<\/p>\n

El Infonavit ha tenido cambios profundos a lo largo de los a\u00f1os, sin embargo, su meta es trabajar en aras de la consolidaci\u00f3n de una mejor calidad de vida para los derechohabientes, ya sea por medio de la adquisici\u00f3n de una vivienda adecuada o de un mayor complemento de su pensi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

\"Credito\"<\/p>\n

El instituto cumple 52 a\u00f1os administrando los ahorros de los trabajadores del estado para servir a quienes buscan adquirir, reparar, ampliar o construir su vivienda, as\u00ed como a quienes prefieren comprar un terreno o a quienes pretenden ahorran en su Subcuenta de Vivienda para complementar su pensi\u00f3n al momento del retiro.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
