destac\u00f3 el director general de Ruba<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Recientemente, la desarrolladora de vivienda, <strong>Ruba<\/strong>, present\u00f3 a la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores su reporte de resultados correspondiente al primer trimestre de 2024 (1T2024), en el que destaca la escrituraci\u00f3n de <strong>2,397 viviendas<\/strong> durante el periodo.<\/p>\n<p>Lo anterior deriv\u00f3 en crecimientos de 16.1% en <strong>ingresos<\/strong>, 22.4% en la <strong>utilidad neta<\/strong> y 4.4 % en <strong>unidades<\/strong> frente al <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/ruba-viviendas-1t2023\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mismo periodo de 2023<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Respecto a las mezclas de unidades e ingresos, <strong>Ruba<\/strong> indic\u00f3 que las viviendas escrituradas en el segmento de <strong>inter\u00e9s social<\/strong> representaron el 45% y generaron el 24% de los ingresos; mientras que los segmentos <strong>medio<\/strong> y <strong>residencial<\/strong>, con el 55% de las unidades, originaron el 76% de los ingresos.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, <strong>Jes\u00fas Sandoval Armenta, director general de Ruba<\/strong>, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que para este 2024 se estima un entorno similar al del a\u00f1o pasado, con tasas de inter\u00e9s elevadas, mayores precios en las viviendas por la inflaci\u00f3n, un menor crecimiento econ\u00f3mico y una mayor incertidumbre derivada del periodo electoral.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA\u00fan en este escenario de grandes retos para el sector y la <a href=\"https:\/\/ruba.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">empresa<\/a>, al primer trimestre del 2024 mantenemos la <strong>tendencia positiva en resultados<\/strong>, con crecimientos de doble d\u00edgito en ingresos y utilidades, comparados con el primer trimestre del 2023.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAdem\u00e1s, me complace informar que el pasado mes de febrero incursionamos en el <strong>mercado de deuda de corto plazo<\/strong>, con lo cual seguimos diversificando nuestras fuentes de fondeo en condiciones m\u00e1s competitivas\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, con base en los resultados del 1T2023, <strong>Sandoval<\/strong> indic\u00f3 que, este 2024, <strong>Ruba<\/strong> buscar\u00e1 continuar con esta tendencia positiva de crecimiento que se ha mantenido por 14 a\u00f1os consecutivos.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe mencionar que, actualmente, <strong>Ruba<\/strong> es considerada como una de las dos desarrolladoras de vivienda m\u00e1s importantes del pa\u00eds en t\u00e9rminos de ingresos, utilidad y rentabilidad.<\/p>\n<p>Lo anterior gracias a que, en sus 43 a\u00f1os de operaciones, ha escriturado m\u00e1s de <strong>245,000 viviendas<\/strong> en 16 plazas de 12 estados de la rep\u00fablica; adem\u00e1s de que produce cerca de10,000 unidades anualmente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cA\u00fan en este escenario de grandes retos, al 1T2024
