No obstante, la relocalizaci\u00f3n de empresas tambi\u00e9n impulsa que otros segmentos como <strong>servicios de abogados, contadores<\/strong>, etc., tambi\u00e9n busquen oficinas.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, el crecimiento del sector de <strong>oficinas<\/strong><strong> debe contar con una planeaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica<\/strong>, ya que necesita <strong>cubrir las necesidades del mercado y adaptarse a las caracter\u00edsticas de la zona<\/strong>. Por ejemplo, en el norte del pa\u00eds, esta industria debe contar con sistemas que garanticen la eficiencia en el uso del agua\u00a0debido a su escasez en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h2>Caracter\u00edsticas necesarias en las oficinas<\/h2>\n<p>JLL se\u00f1al\u00f3 que actualmente, los espacios corporativos deben contar con <strong>especificaciones que faciliten y optimicen el trabajo diario<\/strong>. De modo que, el incluir herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas como <strong>Inteligencia Artificial <\/strong>(IA)\u00a0que hacer m\u00e1s atractivos los espacios; ya que, las empresas pueden contar con informaci\u00f3n sobre el uso de la oficina, desde los flujos de tr\u00e1fico y ocupaci\u00f3n hasta las preferencias de modalidades laborales de los empleados.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed, a trav\u00e9s del an\u00e1lisis de datos sobre la presencia de los empleados en la oficina, la IA le ayuda a las compa\u00f1\u00edas a <strong>predecir <\/strong><strong>las necesidades futuras de espacio de trabajo<\/strong>, buscando dise\u00f1os adaptables a las diferentes necesidades de los empleados.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, que los corporativos cuenten con\u00a0espacios centrados en el <strong>bienestar de los empleados<\/strong>\u00a0es de suma importancia; esto se debe a que, la comodidad de los trabajadores <strong>se traduce en<\/strong><strong> productividad y retenci\u00f3n del talento<\/strong>. Por ello, las oficinas deber\u00edan contar con <strong>espacios de trabajo c\u00f3modos, \u00e1reas de descanso y recreaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, iluminaci\u00f3n natural; adem\u00e1s, de ser posible, deber\u00eda promover la actividad f\u00edsica y el bienestar mental a trav\u00e9s de salas de meditaci\u00f3n, gimnasios, ente otros.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, los espacios de trabajo deben contar con sistemas que prioricen la\u00a0<strong>sostenibilidad<\/strong> <strong>ambiental<\/strong>. De modo que, <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?s=jll\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">JLL<\/a> indic\u00f3 que, desde su dise\u00f1o, estos proyectos deben contar con <strong>pr\u00e1cticas de construcci\u00f3n sustentable, uso de materiales ecol\u00f3gicos<\/strong>, sistemas que permitan la eficiencia de recursos como electricidad y
