{"id":147272,"date":"2024-03-25T09:00:35","date_gmt":"2024-03-25T15:00:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=147272"},"modified":"2024-03-22T23:57:10","modified_gmt":"2024-03-23T05:57:10","slug":"heatherwick-studio-sudamerica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/arquitectura-2\/heatherwick-studio-sudamerica\/","title":{"rendered":"Heatherwick Studio dise\u00f1a su 1er Proyecto en Sudam\u00e9rica"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El proyecto de Heatherwick Studio ser\u00e1 la sede de la Escuela de Dise\u00f1o Sustentable de la Universidad EAN, en Bogot\u00e1, Colombia<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La <a href=\"https:\/\/www.heatherwick.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">firma<\/a> de arquitectura <strong>Heatherwick Studio<\/strong> present\u00f3 el dise\u00f1o de lo que ser\u00e1 su primer proyecto para Sudam\u00e9rica: la <strong>nueva sede de la Escuela de Dise\u00f1o Sustentable de la Universidad EAN<\/strong>, que se ubicar\u00e1 en el campus existente en el centro de Bogot\u00e1, Colombia.<\/p>\n<p>Las primeras im\u00e1genes, reveladas por el estudio, muestran un <strong>edificio llamativo y colorido<\/strong>, cuya fachada frontal cuenta con numerosas terrazas circulares repletas de plantas, un sello distintivo de <strong>Heatherwick Studio<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Dichas terrazas se encuentran sostenidas por columnas caleidosc\u00f3picas segmentadas que se asemejan a candelabros invertidos; mientras que las plantas que poblar\u00e1n estos espacios ser\u00e1n <strong>especies locales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La firma indic\u00f3 que el dise\u00f1o y la extravagante combinaci\u00f3n de colores del proyecto est\u00e1n pensados como un homenaje a la <strong>arquitectura neoandina<\/strong> de Bolivia, as\u00ed como a las <strong>tradiciones artesanales locales<\/strong>, incluida la cester\u00eda Werregue, una forma de tejido exclusiva de la comunidad ind\u00edgena Wounaan de Colombia.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, <strong>Heatherwick Studio<\/strong> detall\u00f3 que el edificio contar\u00e1 con siete niveles, y se ubicar\u00e1 en la Calle 72, una de las arterias principales de la ciudad de Bogot\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa creatividad es intr\u00ednseca a la ciudad de Bogot\u00e1. Lo ves en todas partes. Queremos que los estudiantes se sientan orgullosos de su campus incluso antes de entrar al edificio, llegando a trav\u00e9s de una plaza p\u00fablica que ofrece a los transe\u00fantes un acogedor oasis comunitario en medio del duro entorno urbano\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 <strong>Eliot Postma, socio de Heatherwick Studio<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>De esta manera, el proyecto est\u00e1 ser\u00e1 un nuevo centro para el campus de la <strong>Universidad EAN<\/strong>, al complementar las estructuras patrimoniales existentes en el sitio y proporcionar un nuevo espacio p\u00fablico poco com\u00fan en la ciudad.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el equipo de dise\u00f1o, liderado por <strong>Postma<\/strong>, trabaja en <strong>materiales de fachada innovadores<\/strong> para hacer frente a los altos niveles de luz solar a esta altitud y garantizar la longevidad del edificio.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cColombia es el segundo pa\u00eds con mayor biodiversidad del mundo, y Bogot\u00e1 es considerada una de las ciudades l\u00edderes en desarrollo sostenible. La ambici\u00f3n de la <strong>Universidad EAN<\/strong> es celebrar esto al traer al edificio el bosque nuboso que rodea la capital del pa\u00eds\u201d, agreg\u00f3 la firma.<\/p>\n<a
