Sin embargo, hay algunos aspectos que se dejan de lado y que son importantes en una venta inmobiliaria.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, <a href=\"https:\/\/yave.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Yave<\/a>, proptech mexicana, resalt\u00f3 que existen <strong>cinco errores<\/strong> que se cometen al realizar un proceso de este tipo.<\/p>\n<h2>Errores en una venta inmobiliaria<\/h2>\n<p>De acuerdo con la plataforma, la principal equivocaci\u00f3n en una venta inmobiliaria es enfocarse solamente en las caracter\u00edsticas del espacio. Esto se refiere a que tambi\u00e9n es importante que el vendedor o br\u00f3ker conozca y muestre las amenidades de la zona, con el fin de <strong>brindar un panorama general de lo que podr\u00eda ser vivir ah\u00ed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Bernardo Silva, cofundador y CEO de Yave, explic\u00f3 que tambi\u00e9n es importante que la venta cuente con <strong>opciones de cr\u00e9dito flexibles<\/strong>, sin embargo, es un aspecto que en ocasiones se deja de lado. El especialista se\u00f1al\u00f3 que al contar con una variedad financiamientos, la oferta del inmueble podr\u00eda llegar a diversos clientes. Para ello, es necesario contar con aliados financieros que brinden <strong>ventajas de acuerdo con cada cliente y que comprendan sus limitaciones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cRecuerda que explicar de forma clara las condiciones de cada una de las alternativas de financiamiento es clave para generar mayor confianza y agilizar la toma de decisiones. Incluso puedes integrar testimonios de clientes\u00a0satisfechos que hayan experimentado beneficios espec\u00edficos al trabajar contigo en la obtenci\u00f3n de un cr\u00e9dito flexible\u201d,\u00a0coment\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?s=yave\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Yave<\/a> indic\u00f3 que otro de los errores es dejar de lado posibles clientes por falta de capacidad del vendedor o br\u00f3ker. El portal explic\u00f3 que, en ocasiones, las ventas pueden perderse porque la persona a cargo<strong> no conoce lo suficiente el mercado inmobiliario<\/strong>, no habla m\u00e1s idiomas o desconoce la legislaci\u00f3n en el tema.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, Silva indic\u00f3 que, de ser necesario, los vendedores pueden acercarse a instituciones financieras que brindan <strong>capacitaciones constantes,<\/strong> con el objetivo de mejorar la venta inmobiliaria en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente un error muy com\u00fan es <strong>no utilizar la tecnolog\u00eda en el proceso<\/strong>. Pues las <strong>herramientas digitales pueden diversificar la oferta<\/strong> y aumentar el alcance del inmueble, ya que existen plataformas masivas y gratuitas que facilitan el acceso a la venta.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, la proptech apunt\u00f3 que es muy <strong>importante brindar un servicio de postventa<\/strong>, ya que, en el caso de los br\u00f3kers, de esta forma, pueden mantener el
