{"id":147100,"date":"2024-03-15T10:00:25","date_gmt":"2024-03-15T16:00:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=147100"},"modified":"2024-04-16T19:30:34","modified_gmt":"2024-04-17T01:30:34","slug":"xochitl-galvez-infraestructura","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/construccion\/xochitl-galvez-infraestructura\/","title":{"rendered":"Propone X\u00f3chitl G\u00e1lvez oficina de Proyectos de Infraestructura"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>G\u00e1lvez explic\u00f3 que dicha Oficina contar\u00eda con un consejo consultivo encargado de supervisar el desarrollo de proyectos de infraestructura<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Durante su participaci\u00f3n en el <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/inmobiliario\/politica-industrial-nearshoring\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">30 Congreso<\/a> de la C\u00e1mara Mexicana de la Industria de la Construcci\u00f3n (CMIC), la <strong>candidata presidencial X\u00f3chitl G\u00e1lvez Ruiz<\/strong> propuso la creaci\u00f3n de una <strong>Oficina Nacional de Proyectos de Infraestructura<\/strong>, a fin de que sean los ingenieros civiles quienes planeen y desarrollen este tipo de proyectos en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, agreg\u00f3 que dicha <strong>Oficina<\/strong> contar\u00eda con un consejo consultivo encargado de supervisar el desarrollo de proyectos de infraestructura, y estar\u00eda integrado por profesionales del ramo de la construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDesde mi punto de vista, en la infraestructura no debe de haber ideolog\u00eda. Aqu\u00ed lo que debe de haber son proyectos que resuelvan los problemas del pa\u00eds, y por eso, quiero decirles que, llegando a la Presidencia de la Rep\u00fablica, vamos a crear la <strong>Oficina Nacional de Proyectos de Infraestructura<\/strong>. Se acabaron las ocurrencias (&#8230;) nunca m\u00e1s el despilfarro del dinero p\u00fablico por la improvisaci\u00f3n, por los caprichos y ocurrencias presidenciales en obras de infraestructura\u201d, dijo <strong>G\u00e1lvez<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, indic\u00f3 que son los <strong>ingenieros civiles<\/strong> quienes deben desarrollar la infraestructura que necesita el pa\u00eds, mientras que los <strong>ingenieros militares<\/strong> se deben enfocar en proyectos relacionados con la seguridad nacional y los desastres naturales.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, <strong>X\u00f3chitl G\u00e1lvez<\/strong> expuso ante integrantes del gremio de la construcci\u00f3n su proyecto de gobierno en materia de <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/XochitlGalvez\/status\/1768342833591943340\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">infraestructura<\/a>. Tal fue el caso de la inversi\u00f3n en <strong>proyectos energ\u00e9ticos<\/strong>, como gasoductos, subastas energ\u00e9ticas, parques e\u00f3licos, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>De igual manera, anunci\u00f3 que, de favorecerle el voto en las urnas, invertir\u00e1 en <strong>infraestructura h\u00eddrica<\/strong> y en el mantenimiento del Sistema Cutzamala, a fin de garantizar el abasto de agua potable en el Valle de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, detall\u00f3 que, entre sus prioridades se encuentra el impulso al desarrollo de <strong>vivienda social<\/strong> y un programa de vivienda accesible para los j\u00f3venes; as\u00ed como la inversi\u00f3n en proyectos de transporte y electromovilidad.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, <strong>G\u00e1lvez<\/strong> mencion\u00f3 que se invertir\u00e1 en el mantenimiento de la <strong>red carretera<\/strong> del pa\u00eds; as\u00ed como en el desarrollo de proyectos de <strong>infraestructura hospitalaria, hotelera y
