Por un lado, los <strong>CETES<\/strong>, se caracterizan por ofrecer seguridad y respaldo gubernamental. Este tipo de<strong> inversi\u00f3n<\/strong><strong> ofrece un retorno estable<\/strong>; no obstante, estos certificados son <strong>instrumentos de inversi\u00f3n de bajo riesgo <\/strong>porque representan deudas del gobierno.<\/p>\n<p>Los CETES pueden ser emitidos en plazos de 28 d\u00edas, 1 mes, 3 meses, 6 meses y 1 a\u00f1o, as\u00ed como una <strong>tasa de inter\u00e9s de referencia <\/strong><strong>de<\/strong><strong> 11.25%,<\/strong> de acuerdo con el Banco de M\u00e9xico (Banxico).<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, el crowdfunding inmobiliario representa la oportunidad de acceder a las <strong>inversiones de una manera m\u00e1s accesible<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s de un retorno por concepto de rentas de alrededor de 8% anual y plusval\u00eda entre 7% y el 10%, de acuerdo con el inmueble.<\/p>\n<h2>Ventajas del crowdfunding inmobiliario<\/h2>\n<p>Carmona se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?s=crowdfunding+inmobiliario\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">crowdfunding inmobiliario<\/a> es la oportunidad de invertir en proyectos con montos accesibles <strong>sin <\/strong><strong>la necesidad de grandes capitales<\/strong> y poder acceder a grandes rendimientos.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, al invertir peque\u00f1as cantidades, los inversionistas <strong>pueden diversificar su apoyo en varios proyectos<\/strong>, tal como lo hace 100 Ladrillos.
