{"id":146696,"date":"2024-03-04T14:12:34","date_gmt":"2024-03-04T20:12:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=146696"},"modified":"2024-03-04T14:12:34","modified_gmt":"2024-03-04T20:12:34","slug":"nearshoring-vivienda-vinte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/nearshoring-vivienda-vinte\/","title":{"rendered":"Nearshoring impulsar\u00eda el crecimiento de la vivienda: Vinte"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Debido a la oportunidad de crecimiento, desde sus operaciones, Vinte busca impulsar al sector vivienda <\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s del reporte del cuarto trimestre del 2023, Sergio Leal Aguirre, presidente ejecutivo de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vinte.com.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vinte<\/a>, resalt\u00f3 que, gracias al<strong> nearshoring<\/strong>, M\u00e9xico cuenta con <strong>oportunidad de crecimiento <\/strong>que podr\u00eda durar varios a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cEl nearshoring contin\u00faa teniendo un impacto positivo en el pa\u00eds y, de acuerdo con instituciones financiera, lleg\u00f3 para quedarse, lo que representar\u00e1 un franco desarrollo del pa\u00eds\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>En ese sentido, precis\u00f3 que, <strong>para aprovechar el nearshoring <\/strong>de la mejor manera posible, es <strong>necesario que el pa\u00eds cuente con mayor oferta de vivienda<\/strong>, la cual pueda satisfacer las necesidades de patrimonio de este sector.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAsimismo, seguimos viendo evidencia de que el potencial del nearshoring no se podr\u00eda aprovechar al m\u00e1ximo si la demanda de vivienda por el empleo incremental no es satisfecha, lo que representa una gran oportunidad para el sector de desarrollo de vivienda e infraestructura\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, Leal Aguirre resalt\u00f3 que la viviendera trabaja en fortalecer y adaptar sus operaciones a las tendencias y oportunidades de la industria. Adem\u00e1s, de que poder <strong>impulsar el aumento de la vivienda en el pa\u00eds<\/strong> en beneficio de los trabajadores.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cEn Vinte nos hemos enfocado en fortalecer nuestro negocio, nuestras reservas territoriales y mantener agilidad y flexibilidad ante las cambiantes condiciones de mercado, siempre buscando satisfacer las necesidades de nuestros clientes mientras impulsamos el desarrollo de vivienda sustentable en el pa\u00eds\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Finalmente, el presidente ejecutivo de <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?s=vinte\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vinte<\/a> indic\u00f3 que, gracias a su plan de negocios, la <strong>empresa mexicana est\u00e1 lista para operar y
