{"id":146665,"date":"2024-03-01T12:36:41","date_gmt":"2024-03-01T18:36:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=146665"},"modified":"2024-03-01T12:36:41","modified_gmt":"2024-03-01T18:36:41","slug":"vinte-crecimiento-ingresos-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/vinte-crecimiento-ingresos-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Vinte registra un crecimiento en sus ingresos del 12.6%"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Vinte tambi\u00e9n alcanz\u00f3 una utilizada neta de 124 mdp, lo que representa un margen neto del 7%<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vinte.com.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vinte<\/a>, desarrolladora de vivienda, le report\u00f3 a la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (BMV) que durante el <strong>\u00faltimo trimestre <\/strong>del ejercicio <strong>2023<\/strong> el total de ingresos fue de <strong>1,777 millones de pesos <\/strong>(mdp), representando un <strong>crecimiento del 12.6%<\/strong>, un r\u00e9cord para la compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Del mismo modo, de <strong>octubre a diciembre<\/strong> del 2023, la viviendera alcanz\u00f3 un EBITDA de 294 mdp; es decir, un crecimiento del 18.2% comparado con el mismo periodo del 2022. Mientras que, su <strong>utilidad neta fue de 124 mdp<\/strong>; es decir, un margen neto del 7.0%. Adem\u00e1s de que, el <strong>precio promedio fue de 1,168,800 mdp<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, <strong>de enero a diciembre<\/strong> del a\u00f1o pasado, <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?s=vinte\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vinte<\/a> registr\u00f3 <strong>ingresos por 4,820 mdp<\/strong>, lo que significa un crecimiento del 10.6 por ciento. El EBITDA fue de 864 mdp; un 14.1% m\u00e1s comparado con el 2022. \u00a0As\u00ed como una <strong>utilidad neta de 433 mpd<\/strong>, con un incremento del 5 por
