Adem\u00e1s, el 64% de los compradores son m\u00e1s propensos a comprar a marcas que ofrecen envases de productos sostenibles.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Conveniencia, Flexibilidad y Transparencia<\/strong>: El 35% de los consumidores abandonan su carrito de compra porque piensan que el proceso de pago es demasiado largo. El 84% de los compradores tienen m\u00e1s probabilidades de ser leales a una marca que ofrece un programa de fidelidad, y el 54% de los compradores afirman que los plazos de entrega y las opciones de
