{"id":146573,"date":"2024-02-27T12:35:57","date_gmt":"2024-02-27T18:35:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=146573"},"modified":"2024-02-27T12:35:57","modified_gmt":"2024-02-27T18:35:57","slug":"funo-crecimiento-ingresos-4t23","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/funo-crecimiento-ingresos-4t23\/","title":{"rendered":"FUNO present\u00f3 un crecimiento en ingresos del 8% en el 4T23"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>A fin de a\u00f1o, FUNO tambi\u00e9n<\/em><em> logr\u00f3 un crecimiento en ABR de <\/em><em>76,000 m\u00b2<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Fibra Uno<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/funo.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FUNO<\/a>) report\u00f3 que durante el cuarto trimestre de 2023 (4T23) logr\u00f3 un <strong>crecimiento en sus ingresos del<\/strong><strong> 8.8%<\/strong>; mientras que la distribuci\u00f3n por CBFI\u00a0a sus inversionistas fue del 4.1%, ambas cifras comparadas con el mismo lapso del 2022.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, en el \u00faltimo trimestre del a\u00f1o, los ingresos del pasaron de 6,231.6 millones de pesos (mdp) a 6,783 mdp. En tanto que, el Ingreso Operativo Neto (NOI) alcanz\u00f3 los 5,111.2 mdp, representando un incremento de 4.9% respecto al 2022.<\/p>\n<p>FUNO tambi\u00e9n report\u00f3 un <strong>crecimiento en <\/strong><strong>\u00c1<\/strong><strong>rea B<\/strong><strong>ruta R<\/strong><strong>entable de 76,000 metros cuadrados<\/strong> (m\u00b2); de modo que la fibra alcanz\u00f3 ahora cuenta con 11,063.6 millones de m\u00b2 en el trimestre. Cabe mencionar que, el fideicomiso cuenta con un portafolio integrado por 613 propiedades a nivel nacional, donde alcanz\u00f3 un nivel de <strong>ocupaci\u00f3n de 95.0<\/strong><strong> por ciento<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Acerca de las cifras alcanzadas al cierre del a\u00f1o, Gonzalo Robina, director general adjunto de <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/inmobiliario\/funo-bono-verde-quirografario\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FUNO<\/a>, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que durante este 2024 trabajar\u00e1n para aprovechar las oportunidades del mercado, para propiciar el crecimiento de la fibra.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cFibra Uno suma un trimestre m\u00e1s y un a\u00f1o m\u00e1s con un desempe\u00f1o positivo en sus indicadores, lo que se deriva en rendimientos para nuestro p\u00fablico inversionista y en la rentabilidad de nuestro negocio en el sector de bienes ra\u00edces.
